I am a regular reader of times of india and always follow yearly mega booking, i have booked while i was staying at mahipalpur, new delhi,
From the month of may '18 i have shifted to 'g' block, flat no. 273, ground floor, shushant lok-ii, gurgaon, from 5-5-18, the vendor shri narender refused to deliver times of india against the above coupon until and unless i should pay him rs 300/-because times of india will not pay him over and above the above coupon, i have contacted mr gulia the representative of times of india, who referred the name mr chibber as local representative, who told me if i pay rs 40 per month to the vendor only when he can recommend for delivery of times of india.

Kindly re-issue my subscription of membership of times of india and mumbai mirror which is discontinued 4-5 years back due to the area representative who failed to provide me membership coupons.
Also the matter was taken up with the area executive shri mohite, who once again failed to comply with even after many reminders. After asking shri mohite abt the membership he use to assure me to call back instead he send good morning messages and thoughts in return.
The action regarding continuing the membership may be taken earliest.

They showed in article on june 15th that a girl doing bunji jumping was pushed without the trainer attaching the rope.. Turned out that it was a doctored video..in actual video they had tied rope to girls leg.. These guys blatantly spread fake news
Even in the video they have captions that look how the trainer forgets to attach the file... That states that this was completely intentional.

I am a daily reader of toi. I live in kolkata as well as my home town jhargram. I noticed many times that in jhargram which papers come (Toi), contains some articles that are occured in two days ago... But in kolktata or in the adjoing areas it do not happen like that. Why??... Also the papers which available in khargpur give the calcutta times.. But in jhargram it does not available.. Why??.. Please do something that all people will be beneficial of it..., do not depend on the other news paper...

I have not received yearly subscription coupon even amount deducted from my account. I called times of india chennai office phone[protected] twice. Fist time they told they dispatched on 5 june 2018 then i asked the pod deatils but they didn't have they told system is slow so they can't give. Again i called today they told they will send the e subscription coupon even though i have not received. Pl. Do the needful.

I buy newspaper today on kopargaon, (Maharashtra) bus stop from ur retailer but issue regarding of price of newspaper. Originally price of newspaper 5 rs but he sell newspaper in 7 rs... Plz take immediate action otherwise i go through police and other media.
I m upsc aspirant, i m temporarily belonging from pune but today i traveling pune to kopargaon.. So i just came few minute ago & buy newspaper and i facing this type of issue.

I subscribed for times paper with subscription i'd 36375405 on 10-jan-2018 and i am supposed to receive paper from 17-jan-2018. I stay in rajeev gandhi nagar. Bachupally.
But i started receiving paper from 25-april-2018 after so many follow-up. Recently i received subscription commencement letter stating the paper delivery started from 17-jan-2018. When i discussed with area incharge siva prasad (Phone: [protected]) he is not confirming the paper delivery up to 24-april-2019and telling sign the subscription commencement letter.
Please address the issue and send new

Hi i am a subscriber of toi package. For the same i paid rs. 1000 (Aprx,) to my newspaper distibuter but toi in october 2017, but till the date i have not recd the coupne. From last 4 months i am in touch with neeraj [protected]. He is assuring for the same but now he stop picking up my phone. Kindly look into the matter as i am feeling cheat by toi group. This is not the way to handle the customer.

Hi Team,

I want to make you aware of this incident which happen to me.

On 26th April 2018, one person named (MOHAN & his phone number [protected]) collected cash 600rs as yearly subscription of Times of India newspaper from my father and said that subscription letter ll be sent by Times of India.

I didn't receive any subscription letter from times of India till now.

On 7th June 2018, inspite of calling many times he didn't attend my call then I have texted him stating that I ll make complaint to times of India (pls find all my evidence attached to this email) then only he replied me back.

He said that he ll return 600rs to my dad(since I ll be in offz) but he just returned 300rs and said that remaining he ll send to my account.

Further, he delays in returning the payment. Inspite of following back, at last he transferred the money now but with unparlimentary words, he scolded me.

I want proper explanation for this incident & what kind of action has to be taken against these kinds of sale person.

With this complaint i bring to your notice that i am unable to get annual subscription for times of india since few years.

To get subscription i have contacted toi over phone many times & whenever i contact toi office, i am told that the subscription is closed now & with a promise that someone will contact when subscription opens.

Unfortunately, i never get any call from toi whenever there are subscription promotional offers are on. I do not face this problem with other papers & i have successfully subscribed to hindustan times.

I want toi thane edition with complimentary copy of economic times and hope you will do the needful in contacting me for annual subscription.

Dear TOI Team, I wish to bring to your notice the indifferent behavior of the Newspaper Vendors/Agencies in Bangalore, specially in the Kudlu/Bomanahalli side. I had lived in cities like Lucknow, Pune, Gurgaon, but never got such bad experience as here in Bangalore. First Newspaper Vendors ask for Rs 200 - Rs 250 Advance for delivering newspaper in this area, which I am pretty sure is NOT PROMOTED by Times Of India Group. When I declined...

I had on 16 april 2018 subscribed to the times of india for one year for which i issued them
A cheque (No. 19860) for rs. 698. Mr. Jayesh shinde (Cell no. +91 [protected]) collected the
Cheque. Mr. Shinde said it takes for toi a good number of days to process one cheque and
My subscription will start from 1 june 2018.

I was wondering whether i was subscribing to to india or time of america.

On 25 may 2018 i received an sms thanking me for subscribing to toi and my subs no. Was [protected].
It further stated that i could contact[protected] for assistance.

I received the same message three times from them on that day!

On 27 may or so i contacted mr shinde to say that i received above message but my cheque issued to them
Has not been presented to my banker for payment.

Mr. Shinde again promised me that despite the cheque clearance, i will start getting my paper from 1 june.
Today is 7 june and i am not getting my paper.

I find that my cheque has been encashed by toi on 5 june.

Mr. Shinde is not answering my phone calls. I must have called about 65 times by now.

I received another sms from toi saying that i could send sms (Toisubs) to 58888 in case if i am not getting the paper.
I must have sent at least 8 messages so far. Every time i send the sms, i get an automated message appreciating me for
Subscribing to toi and also that their exec will contact me.

But nobody has contacted me so far.

I must have tried at least 5 times to contact toi on the ll they had given in the earlier message. I go thru: all those ivr
Instructions (It takes about 2-3 minutes) and it says that my call is being forwarded to a subs agent and also that for training
Purpose my call may be recorded etc., etc. But the moment it is transferred to the agent/ce they disconnect the phone.

As i said today is 7 june and i am still not getting the paper.

Mr. Jayesh shinde is not picking my calls!

I am worked in central government department and retired in 2016. One lady in the name of mellisa williams, o[censored]nited kingdom (She told an account officer in jmc company, birmingham) wants good friendship of trustworthy and wants to invest 5, 00, 000 british pounds in chennai either in real estate or in hospital over cell. I told to come and do. All of a sudden on 11.12.2017 (Monday) she told she arrived in new delhi international airport and was held by customs department because of huge foreign currency of five lakhs pounds and other valuables. She also send the copy of the tierney by jet airways with flight particulars. I thought she actually arrived at delhi. Then she told one customs officer will speak with me the actual problem i have faced. Then another lady told by name sageetha chowdry had spoken and informed that she has to pay rs.76, 000/- as customs duty. I told to adjust with her money. The lady mellisa williams also has frequently requested like anything and told that every thing was seized and unable to pay. She assured to repay at chennai. Then with the good motive of helping i asked her how to pay.
Then the so called customs senior officer has sent one account number with particulars:- then i sent the amount
Then the next day morning on 12.12.2017 again that lady told that she has to get anti-terrorist certificate from united nation for that currency and has to pay rs.1, 81, 000/- then i blandly refused. But she begged like anything and the same so called customs lady sent second account number. Then i sent that amount also. Then she send two bogus letters of reserve bank of india, with ordering to transfer the foreign currency of 5, 00, 000pounds converting into rupees of rs. 4.3 crores.in my account. Further asked me to sent currency conversion charges of 5, 10, 000/- i find that letter was a bogus one. But the customs lady sent third account number. Then i refused to send more money. Then that customs lady told to send rs.12, 800/- as refordable fees so that she will send the entire amount to my account within 24 hours. With the intention of getting back the money i send this amount by cash in the fourth account. But after that no money was received and all the cell numbers mentioned above had been swiched off.
Hence i registered a complaint with cyber crime of chennai police at the o/o the commissioner of chennai police vepery, chennai -600007. Enclosing with all the false documents and the particulars of account numbers for their reference. They have registered my complaint with number c. No. 6168/ccb/visitor/2017 dt 20.12.2017. It was told that they have written a letter to the concerned banks for returning the amount to my account (. But we know that they will withdraw the amount immediately.) that is the only action taken so far. But till now after a period of 6 months no response on my complaint. That is fate of tamilnadu police.

Your person from T, . Nagar came and collect the money, After a week i got a message (25th May) that your subsciption Commencement Coupon has been dispatched with tracking number ET[protected]IN .

I tracked it thru Speed Post site also but it showing despatched to Sriperumbdur S.O. since last week.

Till date i have not received my coupon .I tried calling customer care number but in vain.

Help me to get my subscription coupon...

I had subscribed to the annual membership for TOI. The cheque No. 85944 of Axis Bank was debited to my account on 4th Jan. I am not sure of the subscription no. My agent is very very irregular n erratic in supply of newspaper. Many times he does not supply, when delivers, it will be around 8.30 am, and sometimes wrong Newspaper. For the post 4 days there is no delivery of paper at all. Never responds to the phone call.

I came across the the narayana advertisement on page 2 in the times of india, bangalore paper dated on 6 june, 2018. I saw the advertisment showing the toppers of neet 2018 from their academy. But the information is wrong and is completely intended to fool the readers and future aspirants of neet.
They have shown the 1st rankers are 2 boys, peeyush meena and prince choudhary from their academy but according to all the news it is a girl called kalpana kumari.
I hope some action is taken against it because many parents and students might join this academy thinking it is the best because of all the fake rank holders they display.

In June 1st TOI of Belagavi edition a news was published about the project expo in KLS Gogte Institute of Technology. It was explained but the one who was behind students successful project was not mentioned.. that is project guides name Archana Shagoti who is Assistant Professor in Civil engineering department of KLS Gogte Institute of Technology.

Greetings, thanks for your column (Front page) a few months back regarding unusual delay of prestigious chennai mail # 12658, railways took cognizance and restored this train to its pristine glory so far as maintaining the schedules is concerned. Once again we are experiencing the same delay and the train is running behind schedule between 3 to 6 hours causing huge inconvenience to regular and working commuters. We would like toi /bangalore to highlight the plight of the regular commuters between bangalore - chennai and urge railways to operate a dedicated train between the stations,
