I have paid rs.795 for the yearly subscription of times of india, new delhi edition in january 2018.

The cheque was collected by the agent for this area.

But till date i have not received the vouchers / coupons for its delivery.

I have been paying my vendor monthly for toi and nbt being delivered by him.

There is no response from the toi customer care no. And also from the agent who took the cheque

There are traffic signals at a very crucial junction at vidyanagar called "nccjunction" located near schools and osmania university. I have noticed many times that at any time of the day irrespective of the traffic, setwin buses do not stop at the signals and speed away dangerously without bothering for the red signal. This may lead to dangerous consequences. Hence it is requested that action be taken to check this violation by the bus drivers.

My subscriber id is 36420860 and order form no is ndh 013207. My subscription started from 16.03.2018 for one year. Iam yet to receive my free gift a trolley air bag. Constant follow up has evoked nil response. Once in a while their customer service person calls to ask are you getting paper regularly.. Are you having any compliants etc etc but not a word about the free gift... Surprising indeed... Anyway i am forced to stop the paper once the subscription is over...

Very funny experience. I have been a subscriber of times of india for 5 years. The delivery person unfortunately died and the chap who took is a very arrogant fellow. While renewing my subscription in feb2018, i had been to times of india office, gave my cheque and asked for a change of delivery person. I was promised. But it is may2018 and no newspaper.
I need the subscription validity to be changed for one year from say 01june2018 and the person who delivers has to be of my preference.
I have sent 50 mails, 100 phone calls and been to their office twice. Nothing happens at bennett & coleman whose focus is on the newspaper and not on individual subscribers. Very funny organization

Myself amita prasad called on the customer care number[protected] for the confirmation of our subscription of the newspaper. The cheque was bounced and i wanted to know about the exact amount and the bifurcation of it. But the executive disconnected the call when asked for her name and was very rude. And thereafter did not picked up the call. Kindly look into the matter and give me a reason for her behaviour and a required solution for the subscription.

This refers to the above said subject subsequent i have made complaint against the vendor for non – supply of news paper so far and demanding for extra delivery charges.

I made a call to customer acre and officer informed me there is no extra charges for delivery and so far the vendor – rajapati mishra has not deliver any newspaper against my subscription.

I would further request you to kindly take appropriate action and in case your vendor cannot deliver the newspaper kindly refund my payment.

From last two months I have requested many times to your Ludhiana staff.Now they say that people do faurd by asking for duplicate coupon s . Due to this unprofessional attitude I am unsubscribing your newspaper.

I have subscribed toi for one year. The subscription should have been started from 1st may, 2018 onwards. Till date, i have not got any of the issues. The dealer name is r singh. The vendor name is subroto haldar. It is in howrah. My address is 33/6 kashinath chatterjee lane, howrah 711102. My name is usoshi chakraborty. Please help. The pre code is 21510151. The vendor code is 2070. The depot code is k0312. The dealer code is 21672060. I called the pre subroto saha yesterday and he confirmed that the newspapers will be delivered from today morning onwards, but till date, i have not received any of the issues.

I shifted to new place, submitted the address proof in january 2018 and the subscription did not start to the new address until march 2018. So i decided take a new subscription and filled up the new form but still in vain, they did not send the coupons and still they kept the old address intact and no new address. And now again for change in new address they asking the address proof. I have already submitted the hard copy with the new form.
This had been very horrible now, they asking more 5 weeks to change the address and no subscription started till date and its been 5 months now.

On 30/4/2018, around 3.45pm, i submitted my human rights grievance case documents at the times house hyderabad. But i was intentionally insulted and racially discriminated. The short receptionist refused to take but i had to assert and submit.in the same manner i was also insulted over the phone. The female staff showed disrespect and insensitivity towards me a middle aged woman. They continued to mock at me. Is this how educated staff of an international status newspaper office act.

As you are in the business of communication and your own staff does not serve the customers properly.

Please look into and see that necessary service is provided immediately.

However since last 20 days the newspaper delivery guy has been frequently not delivering me mumbai mirror alongwith times of india. Kindly provide me a prompt solution to this issue else i will have to discontinue the subscription since m not getting thr worth of money i have paid for it.

Sir/madam, it's very uncomfortable to read news on times of india website. It fills my heart with deep sorrow and a feeling of disgrace that what is happening to these news channels. The photos they are posting of different model and the tags they are giving to them not only motivates models to get involved in the trap of nudity but it demotivates and distracts a person who is going through the website for information.
Yes you can have photos of different actor and models but times of india group has to rethink the intensity of it. Hope the authority will take care of it and it's time for toi group to rethink it or otherwise if they want to promote nudity and pictures of pornstars and models so just come with your real face and start their porn site.

I have requested for change of vendor who deliver the papers and to stop the old vendor viz palani.
Accordingly new vendor k. Raam is delivering paper from[protected].
However the old vendor is also continuing to deliver paper, despite informing the old vendor and your staff mr. Rajasekar as well your customer care phone service.
Again i request you direct the old vendor (Palani) to stop delivering papers.
The new vendor k. Raam alone shall continue to deliver papers. Your early action and response is expected.

I am residing a1-1603, klj greens, block-a, sector-77, faridabad - 121004. Vendor demanding extra 200 rs. With every scheme and stopped our both news paper. Please do the needfull.
My self narender singh and lives in klj greens, faridabad city.
Here vendor have started monopoly demanding extra rs. 200 and in case of denied he stopped my newspaper. He says no one can give you newspaper except him. Please help.
In advance i have already given renew amount of newspaper.

I have subscribed for times of india newspaper for one year. I haven't received the newspaper from 5th april 2018. I have taken up the matter with madurai, trichy office of times of india but of no avail.
Times of india personnel speak politely and assure that the newspaper will be delivered to me but till date i haven't received the newspaper.
I therefore request you to cancel my subscription and refund the amount due to me, so that i can buy the newspaper from the nearest dealer on daily basis.
