I have got my subscription renewed in March 2021 and gave cheque to BCCL (TOI office in Hazratganj, Lucknow). Money has been debited from my account in March or April 2021. And still I m not getting newspaper while my vouchers are being used by any hawker. I have visited to your office in Hazratganj, Lucknow many times but they are helpless.

I mailed which I copied above to TOI on 12 April 2022. But I haven't got any solution yet.. somebody (incharge) from TOI Lucknow, connected to me before some days and assured that he would help.. but he couldn't and started ignoring my phone call... ( Area incharge has my vouchers and he is using every month). He stole my vouchers or money in the name of TOI. It's not matter of 1400 rupees, it's matter of Reputation of the well known organization). Sir, I[censored] can't help say once, I will not ask you again.. but don't make fake promises to help.

I paid Rs.988/- on 28.03.22. as new subscription for subscribing to the Times of India newspaper in Times of India website portal. . But till now I have not received the newspaper. My contact no.[protected]. I am enclosing the proof of payment.
I hope that you would help me to get newspaper subscription or refund of the money I paid.

Recently I change my res. address and renew the subscription.
But the vender is old and has not delivered in Faridabad

In the month of June, I purchased a 6-month subscription plan costing INR 806 for 'The Economic Times' and the print edition newspaper must start from June 25, 2022. I've received the newspaper for 2 days and the delivery executive stopped sending the newspaper. When I called him, he is demanding for monthly delivery charges of INR 240. However, on the TOI website, it was clearly mentioned that the subscription included the newspaper delivery at the doorstep. When the approached the Times Group regarding the issue, they said that the customer must pay the delivery charges. It is illegal and unjustifiable.

Today i.e 7th July 2022 also I have not got the copy of TOI and also did not get the copies for 1 and half month instead of subscribing for 1 year. Also I did not get the copies for last year for 15 days. I have already complained about the same through email several times. But did not get any proper response. Please do let me know about it as soon as possible.

I've taken 6 month doorstep newspaper subscription for Economic times, Navi Mumbai. The subscription started from 25 June, 2022 The door newspaper is irregular and I received the contact number of the delivery person from the apartment security. When I questioned him for not delivering the newspaper, he demanded extra INR 250 as a service charge per month. As per new subscription TOI commited that I would be receiving newspaper from 23.06. It has been two weeks since I haven't received the newspaper. Daily I am sending mail and complaining to customer court. Next only option I have is to complaint in consumer court. This is mere cheating from TOI after taking subscription amount. False commitments, no response, worst management.

So far I have not received my Newspaper delivery to my home.
I have given so many complaints over phone to the customer care. But in spite of their assurances they did not resolve my issue. Time of India customer services don't have a feedback system. Hence I request you to kindly do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I wish to complain that I did not receive the Times of India Newspaper on[protected], Saturday's edition. I even lodged a complaint to your local representative Mr. Anil who told that he will pass on the message to the paper boy. Kindly look into the complaint and please see to it that I receive the news paper daily without fail. Please see to it that I receive Saturday's newspaper along with tomorrow's newspaper.

Not getting news paper last three days and when contacted local manager no result so far. This is happening frequently. Recently on 15th and 16th June also they have not suuplied. Recently I have renewed my subscription also.

Taken subscription ref # is TS0065297A, there is no response from TOI and vendors on delivery of newspaper, I am trying for refund from last 6 months and they denied to refund money. Don't receive any reply from CRM.[protected]@timesgroup.com, sent multiple chasers but no luck, worst customer service functioning like 3rd class organisation.

TIMES OF INDIA has printed my & my sons photo in todays editing of times of india without my persmission.

Don't take any admission in timespro It's big scam they looting and providing fake promises
I wasted my 75000 and 6 months time
I need my money back please help me how take back because I pledged my mother's ornaments in bank to take this course because they promised to provide assured job with 30k salary now they are assisting for placements
I left my last job before two by trusting timespro please help me to get my money back

Daily newspaper is not delivered at our office or township

I had subscribed to Times of India newspaper for 6 months but it is not being delivered to me. Their service numbers are not reachable and the email doesn't get replied to. I have paid full amount on 7th of June 2022

I had subscribed to Economic Times newspaper for 6 months but it is not being delivered to me. Times Group is just stealing money from innocent people and does not care about the customers. Their service numbers are not reachable and the email doesn't gets replied to.

The Jupiter colony stretch near teachers colony of Tirumalgherry is in worst condition. Any of the authorities are not recognizing the condition and as monsoons are near by its difficult to travel through that road.

Kindly do the needful.
