4. Vendor started delivery of paper for few days but again sstopped by saying that he has not received any confirmation from toi.
5. Contacted toi representative mr. Sachin on his mobile no. [protected] and details sent on whatsapp on 25.10.2017.
6. Again contacted mr. Sachin on 13.11.2017 and details shared with him again on his whatsapp.
7. He promised that paper will be started from 14.11.2017.
8. As i have not received paper, again mr. Sachin has been informed.

Kindly see the matter and arrange to deliver toi news paper without further delay.

I have subscribed for the times of india annual subscription w. E. F. 02.01.2017 to 02.01.2018. But from yesterday the vendor is not delivering the same. The vendor is now charging service charges. When i raised complain to the manager, the times of india, mr. Dominic, he now told me that some vendor is charging service tax and the toi has not control over the vendor. Every year, the toi executive is coming to the residence and collecting the cheque and offering the scheme and also assuring the delivery of newspaper regularly.

I direct to write the topic on railways.
Kgm to... Travelling person have 3ac |2 ac |slpeer they have many loads of items. People were used railway transport. Here transport department given low cost bill but they want money extra of 300. If we asked that only working charges and etc...

I am reading toi, mm, et.. This is happening on a regular basis now.. I can't start my day without all this 3 newspaper i am not receiving any one of them plz look into d matter as soon as possible hoping for a favorable reply... Last month only i have issued a chq of ₹ 2532/- in advance as i can't even stop payment as this is done to toi if it was postpaid services then i can duduct this at the time of payment but this is advance or prepaid service so no other options are available but to complaint... Thanks

I am an annual subscriber ([protected]) for the above mentioned newspaper starting 14.4.2017. I had received regularly newspaper till 20.10.2017. Thereafter it was not supplied. When i have contacted vendor, he replied that my subscription period is over as per toi office, chennai. Then i contacted customer care toi chennai over phone[protected]. The customer care officer keeps-on assuring the resumption of delivery. However till date i have not received the newspaper. Please initiate immediate action for the regular delivery of newspaper.

This is in reference to hyper market kart advertisement in times of india, ahmedabad edition we have purchased below order items and paid money on line on 13'th september. Till date have not received money back or material against order. Even we have fond that lot of same issue have seen through portal and looks like it is cyber crime and fraud by hyper market kart company and lot of people faced same problem.

They have given full page advertisement in local news paper even times of india - hyper market kart -50 % reduction on prize.... Lot of people did purchase basis advertisement given in prestigious news paper but no supply. Surprise even such fraud no action from government, media or cyber crime as we did complain but no response.

Even now website also not accessible or even app on smart phone not working, which is clearly indicates that they did fraud with all consumer like us. I am also marking copy to pmo office for such digital crime where we want to go digital india concept and no support from government on such fraud which they are doing on line and no such action against them

Have taken up matter with cyber crime cell but no response as on date a.. Need immediate action to avoid such fraud and to or else i will take up matter with pmo office and saying that no support from cyber crime cell.

I had opted for times of india's one year subscription. I had also paid for the same in last week of july. But i haven't received any coupon regarding same. My vendor always ask me for coupons but due to negligence of a your team i am always unable to provide him coupons. I have also lodged so many complaints regarding same but no reply has been received yet. Kindly send me coupons immediately or cancel my subscription and refund me the money.

Sir, i subscribed for 1year, to get times of india news paper, starting from 1st september. I tried to call the representative of the company for getting my paper but his phone is not working. Until now paper is not received.

Sir i paid 400 for yearly plan to get your paper for that at starting months the paper was coming regularly later it was stopped and i did not get paper for last two months then i complained to our authorities then they start sending paper now here what i meant is i lost two months of benefits or services what u said so please consider and give compensation to us for two months of period which was the we didn't get paper

Am vinodh residing in madipakkam, jothiramalingam street chennai. I pay the annual package for times of india newspaper. However i dont get the news paper atleast 2 times in a week and when ever it rains i dont get the paper at all. Have complained the same to agency here however no action and still the same continues. Really fed up as am not getting even paying money for a year.

Please look into this matter and provide a resolution

My subscription no.[protected] till date i have not received the coupan. Though i lodged 1st complain on 6th oct'17 thereafter your crm miss mousumi contacted me but not providing me the courier name, docket no & ph. No. Since she repetedly sending me mail for different matter but overlooking the main part. She lodge complain but i am not awar that.

This is with reference to an advertisement that was published in times of india on 10th of september 2017 by hyper cat wherein it was mentioned that there is flat 50% discount on any grocery item purchased from the application referred in the advertisement, by using a promo code.

Based on such advertisement in the newspaper, i placed an order on 10th of september 2017 for an amount of rupees 5202 in which i was offered a flat 50% discount of rupees 2601 and the balance of rs. 2601 was to be paid. Since there was not cash on delivery option available, i had to make the payment through my credit card which was duly paid by me and the order was placed.

Subsequently, when the order was not delivered at my residence within the expected delivery time period, i inquired with the contact information available in the application which included a phone number and also the companies email id.

I dropped email id to the company regarding the status of my order but did not get any revert from the company. I even tried to contact the phone number but the call never got connected and the line was always busy.

Subsequently i tried to search online whether any other customer has suffered the similar issue and found out that it was not only me but there were several other customers which were defrauded by such a scheme which was openly distributed with one full page advertisement in the times of india. Such offer was exclusively available in few cities only in gujarat which included ahmedabad surat rajkot etc.

Immediately on coming aware of such of such an issue i contacted the customer care of sbi bank and told them to stop the transaction so that the money is not transferred to the merchants bank account, vide my telephonic conversation on 27th september 2017, but was informed that the amount has already been transferred to the merchant account and now it could not be cancelled.

I was told to drop a mail to you wherein i can get the expected results from you.

Please help me get back my money against which nothing has been delivered to me till now nor i expect that the same would be delivered.

I have subscribed for toi special scheme for 1 year subscription on h. No 627, 2nd floor phase 4 mohali my vendor mr. Harpreet singh [protected] collected all the coupons from me and now we have changed our address to h. No 3059 2nd floor sector 47-d. Our old vendor when contacted on 25th oct told me that he is out of station and will handover my coupons to toi's supervisor and subscription will again starts to my new...

Hi, this is sanchari paul. I am doing my subscription of times of india for receiving my paper regularly. But unfortunately i can not get my paper regularly. Today is the 17 days, i am not receiving my paper. I have changed my place which is little fur than my house. But my vendor is stopped to give the paper. I have made a contact with my vendor as well as the middle man who is done my subscription. But they told like that it would take some time. But it is taken more than few hours. Am i doing subscription not to get paper daily? Am i doing subscription for that event?
My favorite paper is times of india. But some how i feel toi is not committed to give the best service to its customers.net time i would like to take a 2nd think about toi.

With the newspaper vendor, and he says he has no instruction from toi. One agent, mr. Chandrasekhar (Mob: [protected]) collected my application along with subscription cheque from home. The cheque is deposited into bank, and got encashed as well. And i received subscription number as mentioned above. However no paper is being delivered. I tried to call the above agent, and is not at all responding (5-6 times i had called over a period of 3 weeks).

I also called up t he help line[protected]The number given in the message that i received), but in vain, as no executive is available to pick up my call, and it asks me to leave message, which i had left 2 times, but no message or call was returned.

I request you to kindly update me when the paper will be delivered. If you cannot deliver the newspaper to my address, please return my subscription, and i will subscribe to some other newspaper.

Against my annual subscription, times of india news paper not delivered to my house for the past three days. (26th, 27th and today the 28th oct 2017.)

Please ensure the deliver of the news paper daily.

I have tried to contact the person who collects annual subscription from me and also the agent who delivers daily but they are not picking up the phone.

I am not expecting these kind of activities from the company like yours.

Please take necessary steps that i should get the paper daily as promised while making payment for annual subscription.

I m regular reader of tio and i m facing a lot of problems due to some articles are printed so many times in baroda times which is very obscene. We are living in india and we have daughter and sisters. I m thinking that i can’t read this type of article. I can’t understand that what is the need of this type of article. I have a lot of subjects i[censored] want send it, no problem but that must be in proper manner. I m sending a pic which is published today. What massage is going on by this article i can’t understand. Plz don’t send this type of obscenic articles. U people are well qualified and civilised. I hope u will think my emotions. 1. I am residence of sector 31 a house no 663 chandigarh. I applied for annual subscription by paying through sbi cheque no 01495/r/390156 during month of jul 2017. After some times i received an email giving me times of india consumer no [protected] and was asked to mention for all future queries. After repeated reminders i have not received my coupons till dates and was told that my cheque is dishonored by bank. However i did not received any message form bank. Again on 14 oct 17 your rep mr suraj kumar visited my resident and asked me to pay through debit card which i did. He promised me to return my cheque with in two days but till failed.
2. It is requested that :-
(I) my cheque be returned immediately.
(Ii) coupons may be delivered at the earliest.

The agent rana article that is coming in times of india paper is extremely pathetic and in bad taste. Why r we trying to spoil the youth by putting such ridiculous articles. There is so much news n productive stuff that times of india can publish in that same space. Why r u choosing to put such dirty articles.?? We the public will appreciate if times understands that they have a responsibility of spreading knowledge n information to enlighten the public n not to demoralize today's youth. Please behave mature n stop the cheap sex talks hints in that article. It is so obvious.
