To Times jobs grievance cell 1st August, 2021

Thank you for allowing me to share a fraud case which happened with me. I am Dr R. Sengupta, a Cardiothoracic Surgeon working in the state of Chattisgarh. About a year back. One Mr Sidhartha Malhotra, contacted me and offered a post of Cardiac Surgeon, in Middle East. He claimed himself to be a Times job employee.His contact Nos are [protected] ( Previous), And [protected] ( at present) Both are presently switched off, the last one since 8 Days.His Mail [protected]@gmail.com. Now he has blocked that also. He introduced himself as A Times jobs employee as a regular one.

In the pretext of same he has taken about 10 Laks from me, out of which 5L according to him is refundable after 3 mths of joining there. While scrolling through the list of employees in Bennet Coleman group( Times jobs), I found a similar name, Sidhartha Malhotra in the linked in group, without any display of photographs and also contacts list mentions as Zero. It is just a speculation without any proof from my side whether it is the same person. All the transactions made to him are in various banks related to Times group e.g Times Internet, Times entertainment. Times Back office etc, in various different cities. I agree it was extremely foolish on my part, to believe him but at that point I was in desperate need, so I fell for it. After taking the last instalment which was about 2 weeks back, he has switched off his number.
Sir, even if he dosen't belong to Bennet and Coleman, still I request u to please try to trace him, since it's a huge amount that I have lost

The first transaction he sent a receipt from Times jobs, subsequently he has not given any receipts. Please do try your best to help me out.
The last transaction he asked me to was 8n SBI TIMES ENTERTAINMENT ACCOUNT NO. This was for Visa fees as he said within 10 days the visa would be available. I request u to please try to help me to trace this person and allow me to to recover my money.

I applied for job and received a call from shiva obroi who worked in your company from this no. [protected] at 4:10PM on 30.07.2021, he asked me register for 10 ruppees in timesjob.org.in, and i did from ma card... than transaction debited INR4010 from my account then he said he filed a complaint.. and asked me to tell the code .. then again INR 4000 was debited from my account... i want the answer or else i will file a complaint against you. I want my money back

On 2nd july I have received a text message from timesjobs regarding bandhan bank job and a number was mentioned there. I called on that number everything was processed regarding the job. His name is Mr. SOURAV CHATTERJEE ([protected]). He take total 8000 from me and confirm one fake offer letter from bandhan bank. But after 6 to 7 days from that no one is taking call and didn't even confirm me about the job. Another name was MR. SUMAN DEY( [protected]). Both are from timesjob as claimed on the phone. I request you to please refund my money as they're not even confirm me the job and even not picking up my phone. I am calling them for 4 to 5 days they're not even receiving the call. I am attaching the text from where I got the number and The account number on which I have sent the money. I am from Kolkata. I am also attaching the screenshot I have taken while paying them. I have also call recordings of them.

Today I got the call from times job regarding payment for updating the account(phone number:[protected]) asking me to pay Rs:49.00
I believed & tried to pay the same amount.But when i entered the OTP, deducted amount was Rs:10000.00
Now, Kindly help me to get back the same amount

I am really hurt and disappointed at the call i got from your staff.
I was hospitalised due to covid today
and got a call( 19 MAY 3:12 PM ), I said that I was not interested and disconnected the phone.
In return the person called me again and started abusing me .(. machorchod ..bhenchod, ) and so on abusing my wife and entire family and disconnected the call.

My only mistake I uploaded my CV to timesjobs. I am surely taking down my account, but just if you wish to know

Please do not harass people in these tough times. And please keep a check of such frustrated people, coz the name that they use is timesjobs.

On 19 Apr 21, one of your representative lady called from Mob No [protected] to me job placement in Belgaum Karnataka. I told to pay Rs 100/- for Application fees. resume to different organisation and I will get numerous calls for job opening. For opt this services...

I am complaining about 2 nos. from where we received calls regarding jobs. The lady's name is Shagun from Times Jobs and she said that she is from Hyderabad. Post we said we do not require the job, she started calling us and abusing us on msgs and whatsapp. Look into the matter and lodge a police complain asap.

They told me to deposit rs 100 for registration, when I registered my bank send me the 9856..rs message,
When I inform times job repentive, she said please send your message
Without my permission she used my OTP password and amount is deducted from my account

Good day i would like to complain about times job. I had paid the rs 5500 as refundable to conduct the job interviews for overseas & indian company on
13 feb 2020
They have arranged interview for nestle singapore on 14 feb and they offered me job for the same. On same day they ask me to submit sgd 500 (Inr 25682) for documents verification. When i enquired about the person in nestle singapore by the email & recruiter came fraud. No one with that name was the part of nestle company. Than i requested times jobs to refund my refund amount of inr 5500 on 19 feb.

They have reponed me by saying that it will take 30-45 days to do.

But till now i didnt received any amount. I am regulary in touch with them for this but they are not responding or not refunding the amount. I have recipt & email what i send it to them. I am attaching the both along with this.
