Despite logging in several complaints, there is no response from the team at Timesjob. They just call you 100 times to buy their product, however after that no one is bothered if the services are working fine or not. Will never use this service again.

Dear Sir/Madam I had paid Rs.2975/- for the job opportunity for me in the IVD diagnostic field for INDIA & Gulf but till date no job vacany related to this has come to me and the executive of the company are asking for more money whereas I was clearly told that no charges will be required. I had asked the company to cancel my registration and return me the money via email. Below is the mail. I registered on Timesjobs.com Dated 25/08/2015 to avail their job services. But after remitting INR 3, 025/- unfortunately I find over the last 3 months they have not updated their job portal and no referrals have been linked yet. Their Customer Care team is very unprofessional, unethical and discourteous in handling any issues. and services rendered have been miserably poor and shoddy. I have forwarded innumerable mails to step ahead.com but to no avail. It seems they have turned out to be FRAUD and have cheated my entire money keeping me in the dark. I immediately seek to refund/compensate my entire money. But as per my repeated requests they haven't yet refunded my money.

Step Ahead is Career Service part of Times Jobs who had called me for the purchase of Magic Resume International and Resume Zapper Services on July 5th 2015. I purchased the services with order no - 1802882 with a payment Rs.3675/- At the time of purchase the executive told me that the resume will designed by them professionally and after one month i will be receiving job offers from middle east countries. They also promised me that a person from their side will be assisting this. But nothing like that happened. Rather i called the Customer care a lot of time and mentioned the problem but they never made me speak with the concerned authority. After i escalated this matter and told them that i would go in consumer court. They started sending job offer to my mail which was not from middle east but from US. Still I replied in the mail and sent the resume. I got the reply from the company the offer letter along with a contact number of Consulate in mumbai for visa process. When i enquired about the consulate in mumbai it was found fraud. I was in doubt when i got the offer letter of the company but from a different domain. So i also enquired in the company website named DUG. the replied that the reference number in the offer letter is wrong and the offer letter is fraud.

I informed this to Step Ahead team by mail but they only give auto generated mail that the company is not responsible for this. After that I am going on receiving mail from different mail ID s through Step Ahead (Times Jobs) to apply in the jobs offered, which are all fraud.

i got calls from two numbers.one guy told that he is from times job recruitment team and his name is Mr.Piyush mishra his mobile number is [protected] and other guy from icici bank with mobile number [protected] and i got mails from icici recruitment cell, icici careers and mail of steapahead of times job also, these guys are sending mails from the same mail id mentioned in the sites of timesjobs and icici bankand they have taken an amount of Rs.90, 500 from me, we i have called to customer care number of times job they told that they are not times job guys.how can a guy not working in timesjob can send me mails from the mail id mentioned in thier site, they have taken my money and the guys are calling for amount of rs.50000 for job appointment.i have informed to timesjob regarding this issue, i got a mail from customer service of timesjob and i have reverted back.i am requesting you to resolve the issue and refund my money back.

I have activated premium pack for my profile in timesjobs.com but still now i dint get any benefit from that. I tried to contact customer support but they are saying that my profile dont have market value; I have offer from one of the top MNC in hand now. How can they say like this? Simply they are getting money from consumers and that's it.Please intervene in this matter and help me to get back my money where i dont have value for my profile.

Employees of Times Jobs are doing Fraud. Few months back I registered with Times Job for better Job but when they kept asking for money at every step. I withdrew it and got Refund. Last week I received the call from person name RAVI Kumar ( sure he changed his name ) saying that he is Free lancer recruiter and has got my CV from Timesjobs. He already knew that I registered with Times Job few months ago. He said he has Tie ups with several Companies and gave me options. Hearing the Companies name I decided to invested. They ran away with my Money. I know I have lost money. But I seriously want such Criminals to get arrest. Don't know how many people has lost their hard earned money to these burglars. By going through all the above comments at least it becomes clear that all these frauds are being played under Times Job names. I simply don't understand why Times Job does not take any action.Either the Company is fraud and if not then their employees. Other wise how can a outsider know that I have registered with Times Job. I got the number traced of the person and found that it was prepaid and he had several other number all them issue by AIRTEL without any id proofs. and their bank accounts with Government Banks again without any proper ID proof and all belonging to UP. I am sure they will keep changing their name Burglars Name : Ravi Kumar[protected], his partner Jeetendar kumar[protected], Abdulla.[protected] Modus Operandi : Ravi kumar is a person who calls in and will conduct your interview. He asks to transfer amount to bank account registered under other person name ( Jeetendar kumar) who is actually in different state. Once the amount is received he arranges a fake interview The person taking interview will have again a prepaid airtel number which will show name as Abdulla. The interviewer than says you are selected and will email you the offer letter. and asks you to deposit security amount. which is again of 3rd state registered under name of Rajesh Kumar. I might have lost my money. But don't want others to loose. I really wish that these burglars gets caught. If anyone know the right place to register complaint please let me know. I have paid Rs. 7900 online for purchasing the various services like Resume writing, relationship officer getting job offers etc. through order no. 1279931 dt. 07.01.2014 & order no. 1280031 dt. 07.01.2014. However I did not get any of above services since last 1.5 yrs. I have dropped series of mails for inquiry but they are telling that the services are no more valid.

Hi, I wanted to delete my timesjobs.com account, for this i have sent email to support email id but not done yet. i would like to share my experience this website uses email id for sending lot of emails related to credit card and personal finances and similar things with out prior permission or concent. not only this i am getting calls also on my phone number for finance and credit cards where this number is registered for DnD. it disturbs me while i am working. They are cheaters and daily will keep on calling you to buy the services like education verification, employer verification and experience verification but they take the money and don't provide any service. And they will call daily to buy service one after another saying your profile is not complete. They are fake and cheaters. I already lost 5. 5 rupees so don't come in their trap. Let me know if there is any other online forum where i can register complaint against them.

Hi, this is the mail regarding the Fake Advertisements to deceive the employees from Stepahead-Times.job.com. This is to bring into the kind notice of all of you that Stepahead-Times.job.com, calling every job seeker and says a lot to their lucrative services and as soon as any job seeker will hear these things. He or she will get definitely attracted to the services and decide to enrol him/herself for the same. The same thing happened to me, I got a call from one of the executive on 27th May’15 in order to tell me the paid services to get the job ASAP. And he told me all the fake benefits from the Resume Zapper services: The benefits told by him were include: 1. They will send my resume to all the leading consultancies who are looking for the eligible candidates like me. 2. They will share the list of all the consultancies with whom they share my resume so that the consultant can directly contact with me for further job opportunities. 3. And the biggest fake thing, they said to me that “it’s a lifetime service with onetime payment of Rs.1600” But till date neither I have been contacted by any consultant nor I got the list of all the consultancies with whom they share my resume. And one more thing, They said that “it’s a lifetime service with onetime payment of Rs.1600”, then I asked to them if after 5-6 months my skill set will be different than the present one, then at that time will you people forward my fresh resume with the new skill set to the leading consultancies. According to them “It was only one time process that they are sharing my resume to all the leading consultancies then how the people at times jobs can say that it’s a lifetime service with onetime payment”. At this question they said for the new skillsets you have to again pay the same amount and we will again forward your resume to all consultancies. I want to file a complaint of fraud offers against Stepahead-Times.job.com and want a recompense of the amount which I paid to them. Have tried all available options yet my name has been not removed from data base of times job. Com .I am still getting emails from recruiters. I am no longer seeking a job. I tried to unsubscribe wrote to them at given email id yet I keep getting emails from recruiters please get my name removed from there

They are from noida. They have taken many amount in year 2012 one by one by promising job service but they did not provide any job. At last they suggest naukri skills with assuring job at hdfc bank back office job with false joining letter and taken from me arround 17000 / - and further ask for 5000 / - which i was denied to pay.

Please help me to recover my money. I have all the receipt of payment as all the amount done be e - payment.

I got a call from Timesjobs.com executive, regarding help in getting a better job. I was specifically looking for a job. This is a company which is an expert in talking the customer into paying money for various services promised by them. This was clearly communicated over the phone. Initially during the call, I was told about payment of Rs 1600 only as final payment including registration with a guaranteed job in one month on the name of resume zapper service. No additional payment was mentioned at that time. The name of the person was Lalit Giri. He was calling from a landline number but when I asked his mobile number then he was calling from Number [protected]. After submitting Rs. 1600/- by my credit card, message in my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com was Dear MUKESH, Thank you for your order for StepAhead services. A person named saadik also called me from times jobs during this from number [protected]. A girl Ritika called from number [protected]. A person named Adarsh Mishra was talking to me from Times jobs on 31 March, 2015 at 1.02 PM and 2.35 PM. From the number [protected]. Actually it is a gang run by some persons who are looting the people who seek a job and update resume on timesjobs.com. They are playing with job seekers life. I found it a great fraud so I told them not to activate my profile and to refund my payment. It was around after 4 or 5 days. The total payment made by me was Rs.10300/-Then I received a call that your refund request is accepted and you will get your money back in 21 days in your credit card.
