I’ve subscribed your services (Ref order no. 1314344) for Magic Resume, Resume highlighter and Resume Zapper. I’m very disappointed with their services. It’s like waste of my money and time. I never got a single interview call after opting their services. When I complained over phone, behaviour of call operators are also very poor. After complaining (Ref. Ticket 360691), no body called me back for solution. After all this, Still I’m getting call and mail for your stepahead services, it shows their poor customer record and directionless business strategy.

I am writing this mail with deep unsatisfactory due the fraud done by times consultant. I have taken paid service from them side on 26th Feb, that's too after repeated follow-ups by their executive. One of their executive Mr. sohit pande called me and told that I have good job opening for you in baroda & I will arrange interview call in 48 hours if you take paid services from timesjob and it will cost Rs.2100/-, after that they told me that I have international job opening for you & you need to pay further amount. Totally I have paid Rs. 4200/- but even after 48 hours there is no interview call arrange. Today from their quality dept. some body called me & conform me we are not arranging interview call. I told him than why your executive told me like that then he said I will take action to that executive. I have ask them to do not active my service & refund my amount but after that they cancelled call. Four times I called but no body now picking up the phone. i paid Rs. 4200/- with order no. 1714031. I require my money back. I am attaching payment receipt for your reference.

I have been getting calls from [protected] (this is the latest, deleted the others so dont have) saying that they are calling from Timesjob.com. They start with "Are you looking for a job change?" And then go on to say of paid service to land you a job. Even after my repeated rejections and complaints to stop calling me and pestering me they never stop. This is heights o[censored]nprofessional ethics from timesjob.com. All I can say is give up calling me. Thanks.

Dear, I got call from timesjobs.com. Where they have told me that I will get job at abroad in 20 days and for that I need to submit Rs 4200 final amount. I have paid that amount on 10/02/2015 and my order number is 1695397. I have cleared with concern person that Its final amount and I dont need to pay anything. and That concern person have told me that its final amount. Now after paying they are asking me to deposit more amount for test and other procedure. they haven't told me before all this procedure amount. This is with respect to the complain against services provided by Timesjobs.com. I got a call from Timesjobs.com executive, regarding help in getting a better job. I was specifically looking for a job only. This was clearly communicated over the phone.I need not require resume writing / profile creating services. Initially during the call, we were told about payment of Rs 1600 only as final payment including registration and relationship manager services with a guaranteed job in one month. No additional payment was mentioned at that time. After submitting 1600/- Ru, again 4200 ru was demanded by executive . He forced me to give this 4200/-, with out which my 1600 will be of no use . Dear Sirs, i have registered with www.timesjobs.com for job Assitance and accordingly their representative Mr. Azad, Sr Profile Consultant of timesjobs called me and informed that they will offer job assistance services and requested to pay Rs.1600/- as single time payment for registration. Accordingly I paid online SBI Rs.1600/- against order no: 1588377. While proceeding to update my profile, as he directed another payment of Rs.1600/-.Then he said this is the last payment and never asked for any payment further. Accordingly I paid Rs.1600/- second time online against their Order no: 1588384/- Then he directed me to follow his instructions to uip date my profile and other details of my experience etc. Accordingly i filled all the columns as he directed, the an amount of Rs. 10850/- was asked to pay. When asked, he informed that this is their site formal procedure and directed me to pay onlin and the payment will no be affected. Accordingly, I paid this amount also against their order no: 1588392, Rs.10, 850. This payment was deducted from my account. When asked, he informed that it is for their services to be given for life time and that was system generated one. When I refused for this, since he promissed that there is no further payment is required twice, there is no answer from him and repeatedly informed that their company is a trusted one and has 18 years of experience and they will offer job serviced with improved resumes. When they asked to confirm my registration to proceed further, t have not accepted and confirmed their request. and on the next day itself i have informed them I have not confirmed the registration and widrawn from their services that was offered and requested them to refund the total amount Rs.14, 052/- immediately, to my Bank Account. I informed that total amounts paid are very much on higher side and i not interested in their service They are not responded to my mail and sending to me the modified resume as if i am their regular member. Thus I was utterly deceived by their person by giving wrong information and paid the amounts directed. Since amount was also deducted from my account, when I asked about his, he said that this is the fee towards the processing my Resume and avail the services for life time. Totally an amount of Rs.14050/- was paid my me base on his words. The paid amount is very much on higher end. Actually as the job experience is increased, your service fee should be reduced, but here the case is reverse. I was fooled like any thing by telling false information that no amount is being paid further at every stage. This is purely misguiding the candidates for your advantage to improve your business and nothing else. I am herewith withdrawing and cancelling my registration and updating services and I don't need your services any further, and hence I request you to kindly refund the amounts paid to you to my Band Account details are given below. I have paid Rs 16100 for times jobs variety types of service for which I have not received a single useful call for my job opportunity which was promised as per the discussion. Instead I am receiving calls always to pay for verification process etc. Today morning also i have received call regarding refunding me Rs 15000 and for that they want to go to ATM and told me the procedure. I received call from timesjobs.com on 05 September 2014 Mr. Rahul was representative, he told me about stepahead service Resume Zapper for Rs.1600. Initially I was adamant to activate this service but I decided to take chance of Rs 1600 so finally I activated this service on 09 sep 2014. I made a payment through debit card and order no.1554957. After some time one of their representative (named Gaurav dubey) called me for verification purpose, he called me and said this call is for your verification of activated service. You need to follow the same procedure to generate customer ID and for verification. So he again talks about the stepahead service page and convinces me to activate various other services, each time he asked to activate one service saying that it will be the last amount of money you have to pay and fooled me in this scheme one after another.Every time i made a payment, i was told its the last amount that you have to pay and instead of a job interview call i receive calls from timesjobs to activate some another service with the payment of some more money and like this i have spent more than Rs 13000 and i am still waiting for their response, but its of no use because still they ask me to pay more money (about 10k more), to activate few more services.I was promised that if i do not get a job from their sources i will be refunded with double the amount that i have paid.Also i was asked to refer some of my friends for same purposes.And is my promise we are from timesjobs. He also explained why we do it. Whenever I try to contact, none of them representatives are willing to help or even listen to what i have to say. This is total case of fraud and misleading to job seekers on the name of verification and generation of customer ID. I request you to please cancel my all the orders and i want my refund of money as soon as possible.I WANT MY MONEY BACK .If i am not responded well, i will take this matter to superior authorities. Dear All jobs keeper, Don't believe call from timesjobs.com. Initially they are saying to register with Rs 2100. Without any further offers they are calling for resume updation for rs 3600. I am really fed up with these hidden charges. The way of talking at their call center is really worst after made payment. They are playing with job seekers life. I got calls that my Resume has been short listed for StepAhead TimesJapper service and it is worth rs 1600. I took the service. I called repeatedly for verification call and had to waste my money and time to call TimesJobs as the number is not toll free. I got the call after 1 month. After some time I started to get calls stating my resume has been forwarded to Profile consultant. He asked for further 2850 INR. He kept calling me a number of times. I refused to pay him. Again after 20 days he calls me back. This time he is unable to talk to me so his seniors talks to me. His senior has to send my resume to some good reputed company and which is possible only when I pay 2400 INR for Document verification. I said a big NO to him. In brief at each step TimesAhead people will call you stating that this is the last time you have to pay the money. But will not benefit you in any way.

Times Job is just another job consultant who will ask you for money in return of few services so please dont pay them at all. As soon as you will pay they will never call you or assist you regarding your job . They will tell you that your resume has been forwarded to job consultants but you will never get a single call for job not even in 8 months . They are bunch of thugs with big brand name nothing else .

Some time when people are in depression then they always take wrong decision as me. Sir Times jobs consultants were always call me to take their paid service even I refused them please don’t call me. But once they said to me after getting this paid service you will be our special candidate and we will provide a best service for you and you will get better opportunity from the companies and consultants which are associated with us. But still I am not getting any call, email regarding job .Even consultant and their senior leader forgot me because their purpose is only their target in the job that how to take money from depressed persons .I am not worry of about it but I take tension when I see that such type of reputed, good firms and companies are involves in these type of frauds and play with maximum no o[censored]nemployed person's emotion and money .You can think and see how they earn black money in the form of white money but no one can do anything because they are certified by government. The process is here consultant always tell u that the service charge is only 1600Rs or whatever they decide it and also tell you the specification of service but he will never tell you that after paying this money you will be charged again and after paying this 1600Rs this is compulsory to you that you complete full process otherwise you will lost your 1600Rs. So I think they are making fool because they do not give right information to an unemployed person while they are reputed consultant. The problem is that they do not take any responsibility after getting money from poor unemployed. Hi All, I have paid for Resume Zapper services (Order No-MZ256566) from timesjobs services and they are suppose to provide me openings related to gulf countries for life long as per the sales call as well as provide the resume writing service. The resume writing service was good for which I have already appreciate the person. The job opportunities with respect to other countries just went into the history for which I have called frequently, no satisfactory answers received and when I left the follow up, they have started to give me call backs about the local openings which is not at all on my expectations. Today they have not only failed to keep me in interested for their services as well as they have now started the insulting customers from sales teams. I have received a call from times job agent name is Nidhi Shrivastava Number[protected] and she is not at all polite and is trying to offer me a job vacancy for which I have already spoken to her that I am not interested. Again she called me in revenge and was very arrogant on call and started talking about my capabilities. Looking at the current services and customer experience, you are not leading service provider as well as I don`t think this will either help you to sustain in the market.
