TimesofMoney — a course bought on udemy through this gateway

I bought a udemy course for rupees 640 by paying through times of money gateway. The money was payed from my account but yet there was some error showing that the transaction was incomplete. Yet i didn't get my money back and also i am not having access to the course.
The transaction id is igaetxvfn5.

I request you to kindly attend to this issue and either refund my money or give access to the course.

I also have the same problem. Brought a course yesterday for rs 640, The money got deducted but the course remaina locked. I didnt even recoeve any confirmation mail. I have submitted a comolaint on Udemy. I hope the issue gets solved quickly.
