[Resolved] TimesofMoney — Account got debited but didn't received the ordered item.

I tried purchasing an item from lords mobile. The amount got debited from my account but I didn't received the order. Upon enquiry, the purchased got cancelled. The order was not even showing in the Google payment history. Later on when I contacted the Lords mobile customer support team, they send me a screen shot of the cancelled item. I tried Google refund but as the item got cancelled, I was not able go through the process. I am attaching my transaction details, screen shot from the Lords mobile customer support team and Google play help history . So please go through this issue ASAP. I need to know when will I get my refund back and how long it will take? Please resolved this issue at the earliest.
