TimesofMoney — Amount debited 2 times but order not placed and No refund since 5 businesses days

I bought Nike shoes on 5/12/2022 while checking out i used INB and the merchant was times of Money limited. The amount was deducted from my Bank amount but the order was not placed. The transaction was successful on the bank end but the beneficiary (Nike)didn't recieve the amount.
