TimesofMoney — Amount paid but no item received.

I tried to purchase a book on Play Book platform on 26 February, 2021 and paid an amount of Rs. 280 towards the cost of the book through SBI internet banking vide reference number [protected]IGAKPLETX9. The amount was instantly been debited from my account but I could not get the book on Play Book. The situation is the same even today. Please arrange refund of the amount at the earliest.
