TimesofMoney — avakin life money deducted but didn't receive the offer

I have purchased a ₹540 offer from avakinlife on 11/09/2020 around 10:30 pm, althought it said payment was successful at the banking page, but when i clicked back to the game, it showed me an error and i didn't noticed the error what exactly it was, then i checked back to my gems and coins, which were not added, so please help me out to get it resolved! Asap.
