Address:I lost in BGMI

I lost my money ( Rs.380/- ) when iam purchasing cu in BGMI to unlock elite royal pass.
1st time and 2nd time transection is failed but 3rd time my money debited and credited in times of money account, but 300UC are not come to my BGMI account.
So
I want my money or UC
