I have been purchasing Gems thru in app since 2015 never had any problems till recently ( Providing screenshot attachments of those old purcjases), If you will see carefully for those who buy Gems in Clash of Clans now payment goes to INB Times of Money Limited. Who are they ?? I recently made lots of multiple purchases of Gems some went thru some did not but the aount was deducted from my Bank account under State Bank of India ( Providing screenshots of the amount deducted from my bank account

I tried to call Google Support but failed to do some I then sent a complaint https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/
2 Charges one for Rs 399/- and another for 78/- did not go thru I mean I did not recieve the Gems for that. If you check my account in playstore Payments History way back in 2015 I made lots of purchases of Gem which went fine ( Attaching Screenshots of Payments History ) I am a regular customer at Google playI dont know what this company is or who they are SO Check the internet and found other having the same problems with this company handling their Financial Transactions INB Times of Money Limited
If I havent recieved the Gems the money should be refunded back on all the instances where I did not get what I paid for or I am happy if they can get me the Gems
