TimesofMoney — Complaint on a transaction made for an iPhone 4s 16gb

I've paid Rs.13149 through debit card for ordering an iPhone then the money got deducted from the card but the order wasn't confirmed and I didn't get the product I've made this transaction in the month of June at around 1 in the afternoon on June 6th or so
