I have purchased an adventure pass for a game called Sky for ₹899 on 5th Aug.
However my money gets deducted from my account but the pass is not reflected on my game. Now I have already spoken to customer agent from Sky.They never received any email or id of my purchased which means Times of Money, you hold responsibility for the deduction of my money. I will attached my transaction screenshots. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP. Thank u in advance. Stay safe.
