TimesofMoney — I am complaining about money deducted from my bank account but not received any diamonds.

I tried to buy diamond on 11 December 2020 an amount of ₹1600. Money deducted from my bank account but not received anything. No benefit being received till now.

Below is the screenshot of the reference number and amount deducted through SBI INB.

I want a refund for ₹1600.
