TimesofMoney — in-app purchase in clash royale

I have made two transactions worth ₹399 each in clash royale app on 1 july 2019 (Monday) evening around 6 pm, the money got deducted from my account but the services were not delivered. So i want my money back.
I have used internet banking as a mode of payment. I am attaching a screenshot of my bank account's statement. Please give me the refund worth of ₹798.
