TimesofMoney — mobile legend

I made an in app purchase for Rs 1599 for a 1000 diamonds from the app Mobile Legends on 10.02.2020 at 8.20 PM(India). After payment I neither got the product nor the receipt in the playstore account. Th email id used for the payment is [protected]@gmail.com The app developer is asking for a receipt since the payment was made through Playstore one touch payment system which later guided me to my net banking account.
