TimesofMoney — mobile legend payment deducted but product not received or receipt of payment

Made an in app purchase for Rs 1599 for a 1000 diamonds from the app Mobile Legends on 10.02.2020 at 8.20 PM(India). After payment I neither got the product nor the receipt in the playstore account. Th email id used for the payment is [protected]@gmail.com The app developer is asking for a receipt since the payment was made through Playstore one touch payment system which later guided me to my net banking account.

A copy of the payment deducted for Rs 1599 made to The times of Money is attached for ready reference.

Please Resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please resolve my issue ASAP.. or please send times of money contact detail...
I have top up 250rs through net banking on free fire game but I did not get any benefit and money has been deducted from my account.
So resolve this issue...
I have a reference no. For my purchase to Times of M... Ref#IGAICMNNF3 on 15Feb20.
So please resolve this issue

Today I bought a 799 rupees uc and did not get it but my money deducted from my bank accounts and and the uc did not come to my account
