TimesofMoney — Money deducted but chips not received

I treied to purchase chips on Ultimate teenpatti app and made transaction through internet banking on tbe app. My money was deducted but chips not received since some error was shown at the end. But to my surprise money was debited and credited to INB TIMESOFMONEY as per my passbook. Kindly refund my money keeping in view the ETHICS of business.
