TimesofMoney — Money deducted for in-app purchase but not showing up

I had made an in-app purchase of rs.850 on 06-sep-2020 for google play viatimes of money limited site and the money got deducted but the purchase is not showing up in the app. Also the purchase is not showing up in google playstore purchase history and hence they are unable to email me a purchase order.
