[Resolved]  TimesofMoney — Money Deducted from Bank account but payment not received

Hello Sir/Madam,

I made a purchase of Rs. 430 in the online game called Arknights. The money was deducted from my bank account but I did not get the item in the game, neither did I get the Google play receipt of the transaction.

I am attaching the details of the transaction below. Look into this matter and refund me my money please.
