TimesofMoney — Money deducted from bank but uc didn't added to bgmi account

Address:Thampurannagar, Kottarakara, Kollam, Kerala

Using netbanking, yono sbi website i paid 750 rupees to buy uc in bgmi, money is deducted from my bank account but uc not added to my bgmi account,
I need refund of 750 rupees or you need to add uc to my bgmi account as ur wish please help
