TimesofMoney — Money deducted from my account , but payment has cancelled

I purchased uc from top-up of bgmi . The amount is deducted from my account but not received the product. Here is the message received as of prove. "Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.750 frm A/c X5512 to Times of M. Ref IGALLILGV2 on 3July21. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]-SBI"
Please I need refund of the amount that is deducted from my account.
