TimesofMoney — Money got debited but receiver didnt get it

I purchased a pack of Rs 8900 on ants underground game on 24th nov at around 5 pm through net banking, the money got deducted from the account yet the game didn't received it plz i want refund since the event ended yesterday and it will be a total waste if i get that pack now i m attaching the relevant transaction details plz resolve it asap thank you
