I made a purchase of pubg uc cash through my sbi internet banking transaction ref#igagznvdj1 on 13 sept 2019 at 11:30 am amount of 420 rupees
Balance is dedicated from my bank account but did not recieve any uc cash on my pubg account
Here is my transaction massage below
Thx for inb txn of rs.420.0 frm a/c x212 to times of mm.. Ref#igagznvdj1 on 13sep19. If not done, fwd this sms to [protected] to block inb or call [protected]...

I made a transaction of 345, it said transaction successful but I did not get my uc...pls help me to get the money refunded or my uc back as the amount is debited from my account and i need the money back or the uc immediately.I even tried to contact the number provided in the message given below but it was of no use at all.Please help me get it
