TimesofMoney — Paid to times of money for brawl stars gems pack but didn't receive any and amount is debited from my account

I've bought the brawl stars gems pack that's worth 449 rupees on 28/05/2021. My money was debited but i didn't get anything in the pack. When i checked playstore, it said that the money hasn't been recieved by playstore yet.in my bank statement, it's clear that it went to times of money limited. I either need a refund or i should be given the pack. Attaching herewith are screenshots of the transactions. Kindly look into it and make sure will get the refund or pack.
