TimesofMoney — payment done but purchase was unsuccessful

Today between 4:30 - 5:15, i tried to purchase coins in 8 ball pool game through net banking of central bank of india.. After going through the payment method my account was debited with rs130 but the purchase was not successful. There is no adress mentioned in the game where i could file my complain.
