TimesofMoney — Payment problem monthly membership

Dear sir/Madam,
I have recharged monthly membership pack on 28th nov 2020.The payment was successful but diamond not credited in my account. Kindly do the needful and solve the issue as soon as possible. I have attached screen shot for your reference.
