TimesofMoney — play book bought but did not get

I bought two books today from google play.

1. Abstracts in acrylic and ink by jodi ohl @ rs 250.70

2. Painting flowers by sian dudley @ rs 374.50

The above amounts have been debited from my bank account through this payment gateway, but i am unable to view the books. There's no acknowledgement from google play and the books don't show as having been bought.

I would request you to refund my money urgently.
