TimesofMoney — pleasing for refund

I have purchased some uc from pubg by net banking. My money has been debited frm my accnt but the uc hasn't comed neither my money. Its probably 3 days and i haven't get my refund. The money has been gone to time of money limited. And i have seen a lot complaints about this merchandise. I want my money back as soon as possible. So kindly help me out...
