TimesofMoney — Purchase not made ever after debit

I have purchased credit points on Call Of Duty game on 28/03/2021 for the amount 1949.00 Rs.Money is debited from my account to "Times of money limited'' but the purchase wasn't delivered on the game.check the transaction and either offer me the refund or COD points on game.
