TimesofMoney — Times of Money 6K transferred for vendor but not reflecting

I had paid to google ADwords Campaign to Google through Timesof Money & got 6000 transferred. As per my bank statement, it shows paid to [protected]CHF7266499 TRANSFER TO[protected] . But as per google they never received the money
Need support in resolving through times of money
