Hi, please help me there is game called rise of empire fire and ice. When i was buying a avartar changing privilegeds which is for rs79 the payment was successful but after that the internet got jam and i have to go back so the payment did received amything but my amount is deducted. I dont have the order no. Instead i have a reference number. So please help.

Updated by Nnyke Kshetri Its been two days my amount is not refunding till now. I did not received anything from the payment. Times of money limited, can someone help me refund my amount.

Updated by Nnyke Kshetri I made a payment on 09/02/2010 around 1pm for a game called Rise of empire fire and ice for Rs79 and when the payment was in process my internet suddenly stop so i had to go back. My amount was deducted but i didnt received anything from the payment. I was using internet banking below is the reference/check no. and the deducted amount photo. Kindly help
