I am sorry timesprime but payment is made on timesprime app itself not on Netflix website, and in yearly timesprime package of rs 649/- I had chosen Sony live, Disney Hotstar and Netflix along with it, if you want I can share the transaction details for it, without Netflix subscription the amount was 549/- and adding Netflix amount was 649/- and I am asking my additional 100/- amount which was for Netflix subscription which I didn’t get it. If your platform does not support Netflix subscription then I would strongly suggest to remove that additional addons, which is actually a loss of customer. This is very bad experience this time with timesapp, I am a regular user of timesprime, but next time I would need to think before renewal.
This is timesprime responsibility if they take amount for any subscription then either they should provide the subscription else refund the money back to customer. This is not customer responsibility to connect Netflix team or timesprime team again and again.
Very disappointing…
