I am sorry timesprime but payment is made on timesprime app itself not on Netflix website, and in yearly timesprime package of rs 649/- I had chosen Sony live, Disney Hotstar and Netflix along with it, if you want I can share the transaction details for it, without Netflix subscription the amount was 549/- and adding Netflix amount was 649/- and I am asking my additional 100/- amount which was for Netflix subscription which I didn’t get...

I am subscribed to there ott platfor bypaying rs.699/= on 4th aug, 2022 and i received a cinformation message that they are in receipt of the same.

But till date they are not allow to use ther channels/ott platforms as they promised, really they are cheating the public by obatining the subscripiton amounts like anything. They are look bogus and cheater pl in this reagrd i rquest u to pl make/give the lawful decession.

On January 23rd, 2022 I activated my zee5 for the next 6 months when I click on "Take me to zee5" from the app. It says token expired. This issue was reported to [protected]@timesprime.com and it been more than a month without any resolution. I have paid my subscription fees and the service for which I have paid is not being rendered, the issue is not being resolved too

Can you please take a look? in to the issue...
