On January 23rd, 2022 I activated my zee5 for the next 6 months when I click on "Take me to zee5" from the app. It says token expired. This issue was reported to [protected]@timesprime.com and it been more than a month without any resolution. I have paid my subscription fees and the service for which I have paid is not being rendered, the issue is not being resolved too
Can you please take a look? in to the issue and suggest a way out of this
I am not getting any positive response from the [protected]@timesprime.com
