hello sir, please help me,
I have ordered for a Samsung glaxy S duos Mobile Phone on 1st of March, 2013 from www.timtara.com and paid the price of Rs. 11,192/- through Credit Card. As per the terms and conditions, the item was supposed to be delivered to my address within 2-3 weeks. But even after completion of 6 weeks, the item was not delivered. my order no. 10402432, after 6 weeks this order status is "awaiting shipment" and customer care number not at all working.

Dear sir,

We have ordered Micro-max Canvas 2A110 mobile in timtara.com on 25.11.2012.(Mobile order No.[protected]. But we have not received the mobile till 1 month.

We have mailed and called the help desk several times and ask them to refund our money back. But still our money was not got refund and no action taken from timtara.com.
Mobile price : Rs. 8,900/-

Please kindly take necessary action as soon as possible and refund our money.

i had been waiting this mobile phone to be delivered at my home address. i had orderedthis on 18th feb 2013 . but this has not yet been done , not even the refund is given .

i had been repeatedly trying to contact the customer care . but no one picks it usually .

once last week i was told that i will get refund amount transferred to the bank a/c of remittance.

plz tell me what should i do now!

I had ordered two micromax canvas2 a110 mobiles(9189 rs each) and a deo-body spray(199 rs) on 28th feb 2013.. they commited me to deliver my order with in 3 weeks(21 days).. during this delivery period time i requested them through call and their site's CONTACT US link to cancel my order n refund my money, they said on call that ur order will be cancelled only after the said delivery time n u will get ur money refunded after 7-10 days from cancellation o[censored]r order. ..bt neither my order was cancelled nor they refunded my money as per their commitment..
I tried to contact them after 21 days(delivery time) from the order placed,bt their contact no.s are not working.. i get disconnected automatically everytime..
then again i went to their site n sent them complaints and reqeust through their CONTACT US link.. bt everytime i get the same ans in my email id, "sir we have received ur querry,we will get back to u soon."
its been 41 days since order placed..bt i m not getting proper reply from their side or proper response or any action from their side..
so i want my money back n i want justice..

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have placed an order on www.timtara.com on dated:[protected] with Order Id 10402004 for the product “Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100” worth Rs. 13992/- INR. I did a full advance payment via my SBI credit card for the same. After that I received the confirmation via email for the same from timtara.com side with promise of delivery of the product within 3 weeks.

After 3 weeks when I inquired about my product, it was said (by your timtara.com customer care officer) it was awaiting the shipment. Since that day, my product was not supplied and also refund was not processed by them till date. I am trying to call timtara.com on [protected] but they didn't reply.

So I am totally I tired and frustate with this.

I booked an order from www.timtara.com on 16th March 2013 for Micromax A110 Canvas-2 of Rs. 9,189 (Nine thousand One Hundred and Eighty Nine) against Order No. 10409734 and Transaction ID 10180883.
Timtara was promising to deliver the product within 21 days, after 21 days when I have not received shipping confirmation then I contact to them but nobody pick the phone ([protected]) any many mail send it to [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com but no properly response from Timtara.
There is no option for cancelation of order in this site and by phone no body pick up the customer care number just one message through out from phone All Customer Care Executive Are Busy We Noted Your Number And Contact To You Shortly
Last Sunday dated 31st March 2013 Navbharat Times print the news Mr. Aridam Bose MD & Mr. Harish Ahluwaliya COO of www.timtara.com was arrested against complaint of running fraud shopping website of electronic item.

I ordered Panasonic Cordless phone on 5th March 2013. Product was to be deleivered in 3 weeks, now its more than 1 month and product is still not delivered. I called their customer care no several times, their CSE never picks call as the message is busy with other customer. I am sure its fake. I have got no response from the company on my product. I sent several email but got no response for that as well. I just want such sites to be banned with immediate effect.

I ordered "Samsung Galaxy S Duos" mobile phone on the 5th of march and the order was to be delivered in 3 weeks. But it has been almost a month now and still no sign of even shipment of the same. [attachment page 1,2]

After repeated calls to their helpline number and where nobody picks the calls. I have tried calling the same for 20-30 times and each time they make you wait for 3 minutes the automatic termination of the call takes place.

I have raised many a complaints on their website itself but no replies for the same has been given to me from 20 days now. [attachment page 3,4]

I have also tried to contact them via the mail id given for raising of the complaints but no reply on the same .. [attachment page 5,6,7]

I have only raised the complaint when I am truly sure that this is fraud being done because in my experience no genuine site does this kind of treatment with customers.

Please resolve the same as soon as possible

As per above mentioned Details of my order , I contact timtara.com Customer care department more than 50 times But they didn't gave me any type of brief detail rather than forwarding complaint to higher authority but higher authority never contact me or mail me. I also visit timtara.com Corporate Head Office Noida (B-26, Sector-8, Noida) two times but they have shifted to Janak puri as mentioned on the slip which they pasted on Noida office. I spend more than Rs. 2500/- during call and visiting his office. I also send him a written letter Regarding my orders but they also didn't repond. its too much because the delivery time of my orders was 21 days but now it has been more than two months. please help me.
