Tinyowl — Amount deducted but order not received

I had ordered from Tinyowl application, amount deducted but order not received. Upon contacting tinyowl customer care (they have only one email contact ([protected]@tinyowl.co.in) they said order has been successfully delivered & please confirm the receipt of same. I asked them to have conference call with restaurant "Zaika caterers & restaurant in Kharadi"(?) who are claiming they delivered food to me, but since then there is no response from Tinyowl. I think they are just fooling customers. I dont know now from where i will get my money back.
