I ordered for a pav bhaji at 12 pm from Nityanand restaurant Santacruz through tiny owl. I didn't receive the order till 2 pm. There is no complaint number for raising complains on tiny owl. Looks like tiny owl only wants to claim the commission over these orders but cant take the responsibility to check if the food is even delivered. The order shows up in past orders even though the ordered is still pending. Pathetic services....

Order Id no.[protected], 14 Feb, Valentine's Day, order was placed at 1.30pm, delivery was done at 3.15pm precisely. This is absolutely not acceptable and i was in two minds to return the food but we have no food at home to begin with.
