I am being tortured by the titan employee.
he had taken my number and started giving deadly warnings.
please save me from the deadly company titan.
The story begun here.
I have ordered a belt for my wrist watch three months ago and I have
beengiven a false assurance that I will be getting my belt in 20
days.three months are already past.now I made a call to titan customer
care and asked for help.miss jyothi had lodged a complaint and asked
me to wait for two workingdays and I did the same.now I had made a
call on third day and now the heromr Anil Kumar comes onthe screen. he
had picked my call and harshly asked me to wait for twomoredays as it
was a weekend.two days have been past.I again called on third day and
the hero mr Anil Kumar picked the call andstarted criticizing me. he
was saying that its a national holiday on 26thjanuary.hence the
discussion was started between the customer service executive anda
customer. he was overlapping and dominating me and he was laughing..
hehad even challenged me and hence I asked to transfer the call but
any howhe refused and after a long discussion he had did. i asked the
superior tolidtenthe call records and get back to me. and they did the
same and afterlistening to the calls they had conveyed apologies.but I
was utterdissatisfied with the service of titan.I was asked to wait
for a single day and even waited.and no one had called me.it was
already 12 days past but u had got no call andinstead I wascriticized
and ragged by an executive.here comes the big day.i again called after
two days.and asked to transfer the call.they did and I had explained
all the issue to the superior.she had asked me some time and i
accepted.now my phone had ranged with the unknown number and it was
the hero mr AnilKumar. he started to use the unparliamentry language
and he started togivr me deadly warnings. .he evenasked me to come and
fight with him.meanwhile the titan people had even asked me to call to
Bangalore heasoffice number for queries and I even did that but
theytoo did not react tothe customers query..I am a regular customer
of titan. and how they do this to me?titan, fastrack, Tommy Hilfiger
all are one and they approach the same way.today it had happened to
me and with in no time it may happen to uplease frnds share this and
like thishow can an executive take it personal?say suppose the number
was a girls number? what if he calls?how can the agent takes the data
from tge repudiated office.I had already informed all tge thing to the
higer management.however I got no response since four days.
i had got a call from the Dileep kumar regarding the strap of
the watch and they are fooling the customers.
I got a call by dutta who is asm of titan and he was acting so smart
as if nothing had happened.
he says that the employee is the contract based employee so they are
not responsible for them...
please sir I want justice..
il spread it so that titan can change it self.It takes no time for us
to pull titans reputation. ...titan should know the power of a
customer.
