I have bought an new Titan wristc watch from your Lifestyle Bangalore showroom on 18 aug 2014.
Since on the day two of my purchase the watch stopped working.I been outstation since couple of days. Today i visited to your Rt nagar service center to know the problem.Your customer executive Mr. Amar attended me And told me that there is some machanism problem in the watch and needs 15 days of time to rectify the same.
I iimmediately asked for the replacement of the peace. He told me to wait for 1 months.
My quation here Is very simple why i need to wait for 1 months to replace the peace or 15 days to repaire it.
Over all this is hard earn money of mine & defect in your product why the customer needs to suffer in this.
I wanted a quick solution on the same else will not bother to take this matter In the consumer forum..
