I have purchased a titan raga watch online in September 2014. Titan has given a warrenty of two years on this watch as per warrenty card received with watch. The watch stopped working in February 2016 and I give it for repairing in titan customer service at its store "Gunjan Time" 6, gunjan shopping centre, gunjan char rasta, gunjan, GIDC, vapi, gujarat. Titan care charged Rs. 300/- vide cash memo number 19582 dated 06.02.2016. I paid the amount. Again the watch stopped working in june-2016. They again charged Rs. 650/- as repairing charges vide cash memo no. 21071 dated 16.07.2016. When I asked them that why are they charging me as my watch is under warranty period, on this first the store person told that they don't give warranty on online purchase, after that he saw my bill and told that my bill is fake so they can not repair it for free. The store person also mentioned this fact on the said cash memo. I gave Rs. 650/- to them and registered a complain with titan helpdesk. To my complain they confirmed that they have wrongly taken service charges from me and my bill is genuine but they till date have not resolved the complain instead of so many emails and calls from my side. Therefore you are requested to look into the matter seriously as titan is a big brand and customers like me but their products just because of their brand name. Thanking in anticipation.
