Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in relation to my order for spectacles with your Titan Eye+ showroom in Malleswaram. I had given order for a pair of spectacles during mid June 2009. It has been an ordeal ever since. The delivery date was committed as 24th June 2009, but inspite of my repeated followups there was no response from your store till 2nd July. I finally got the spectacles on 4th July. When I got the spectacles, I saw to my horror that the quality was extremely bad. I returned the spectacles to the store for repair. The store incharge told me that the lens were wrongly fitted and promised to return it in the next couple of days. It has been more than 10 days since then and I have not had a satisfactory reply inspite of my repeated reminders. The value of the spectacles is close to Rs. 20000.and the entire amount has been paid in advance. My experience with your service has been horrible and I'm planning to consult my lawyer for further course of action. Please revert immediately with your response.

I had ordered my glasses with Ttan Eye Plus shop at GEL Church Complex, Ranchi. After making full payment in advance on 25th Dec, 2009, I was asked to come to their shop at 6.30 pm on 1st Jan, 2010 to collect the same.I have their Advance Receipt number 2605 which says so in black and white.Imagine my surprise when I reached their shop at 6.30 pm on 1st Jan, 2010,
(i) The shop was closed.
(ii) There was no response to my calls on their Landline and Mobile numbers.
(iii) There was no intimation of nay sort on my number even after I sent an SMS to them.

I hope Titan being a Tata company will have the decency of finding ways of making up for absolutely atrocious behaviour .I can not make my sel[censored]se the terms 'customer service' for what they have done.
Dear Sir,

I have purchased the spectacles for my sister from Titan Eye Shop from South City Mall, 375, Price Annwar Shah Road, Jodhpur Park, Kolkta-68 on 21.08.10 .My Sr no is 442 dt 21/08/10. The power of glass is approx -8.5, The delivery date was aprx 10 day ie on 31.08.10. On 01.09.10. they informed that they will taking another 10 days as lense was broken incourse of fittings. Inspite of my repeated reminder about the provable date of delivery they were giving an excuse that they havnt received the lense form Banglore . I have even compained to Custer service regarding this matter on 06.09.10.

She is facing lot of problem without spectacles. This kind of experience is very shocking. Being group of Tata's and providing such kind of services.It is better to close the store if "Titan Eye"are unable to serve your customer

I woul request the management to seriously look into this mater.

    Written to TANISHQ Management Reply awaited

    Dear Sir,

    I am one of your many loyal customers since 1999. I have purchased for our family as well as for our company's various dealer motivational schemes.

    I am surprised and feared the kind of reception i had in your South Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai Showroom at the CASH desk.

    The two guys sitting there swiped my card and took a very long time to return the card and the bill.

    Since it took a very long time that too for a small purchase of an ear ring worth Rs13, 000/- I moved myself to the desk enquiring for the delay, then the cash desk fellow informed me it is over and shoved in front of my face the card swiping machine and asked me to key in the PIN.

    I asked what PIN, as I gave them my debit card, I was shocked and surprised.

    The Cash desk persons now two of them insisted I key in my ATM PIN. I was about to key in, due to my prescience of mind I refused and said if you want cash I will pay cash.

    Rubbing salt on the injury, they questioned me why I refused to enter the ATM PIN, I repeat ATM PIN. I said is it a private confidential undisclosable security number, then they said
    You mean we are jokers to ask the number this the way this machine works.

    Then I said in that case i prefer to pay by cash the entire amount, at that point of time they nodded each other and swiped the card in another Machine for Rs4000. Remember I have used the card only for Rs4000/- balance was paid by cash and old jewel adjustment.

    I immediately gone back and checked with my Banker and they asked me to Lodge a Police complaint.

    Now let me know why in Tanishq showroom they keep such persons in the cash desk and why should they demand customers ATM PIN number for the transactions on the debit card?

    Or

    Are they overstepping in privacy of the customers in the guise of checking fraudulant transactions?

    or

    Are they both employees for Tanishq and some 3rd rated banks whom wanted to track customers transactions and duplicate cards and engage in fraudulent activities.

    Kindly note that one of my relative is the Police commissioner here in chennai, I trust Tanishq will take severe action and inform me of what you have done to this issue.

    Otherwise I would be forced to inform the concerned authorities and the press with [photographs of the showroom.

      I have purchased a gold chain from Tanishq at Pinjore Highway, Chandigarh in Jul 09. To my surprise, the Karat Meter in the same showroom was showing it as 20.7 to 21.3k even on repeated readings & after calibrating the meter with reference standard. The shop owner immediately offered to refund the money or free exchange anytime. I however refrained from further botherations as I had already wasted 2-3 hrs of our precious time in choosing the design & filling up stupid relationship forms. But definitely, Tanishq is not at all good for a second purchase after such a discovery. I Shall never recommed it to anybody. . . . [protected]@rediffmail.com

        Hello,

        Today was the death of my titan eye+ frame I had purchased from Jayanagar branch in March 2008. The Journey that the frame made it this far was tough, with constant problems of screws coming out of it, and I having to frequently repair them. The frame costed me more than Rs.3000, + additional costs for the glass, altogether amounting to about Rs. 6000, and it lasted only for little more than a year. I have had specs bought from much smaller shop for much lesser amounts, and have lasted for 5 years and more. However, the ones from Titan Eye doesn't have that quality at all, and I would like to say it's very very poor. I believe it must be a tactic of Titan Eye so that people buy new frames just after 1 year, cause they dont give guarantee after 1 year. So, today when I went to their shop, with my broken specs (the side rod broke off at the joint without any reason, on casual usage) they said to buy new spec as the current specs is outside the warranty.

        I would like to file this as a formal complaint, and would like to discourage anybody from investing in Titan Eye frames.

        I have ordered for specs on 14 th sept at Vashi store of TITANEYE+ and got the delivery of the same on
        21 st sept without THE BILL(INVOICE) till date (4the Oct) despite of numerous phone calls on the pertex 0f computer is not responding or courier not available

          I had purchased a fastrack watch 2 weeks back ( on 17/06/2009). There was problem in the watch and it was getting late by 10 min. I took the watch to the show room. They checked the watch and there was some defect in it. They offered to replace the watch but they didnt had the same colour watch. They asked me take another watch of similar price. But i wanted the same colour model. So they replaced the internal machine of the watch with the machine of another watch of same model. During the replacement they put a scratch on the glass of the watch. When i pointed out the scratch they said that it was there before i brought the watch to the show room. I asked if the scratch was already there why did they initially offer me to take a different watch of similar price.

          It is clear that its there mistake and they are not ready own it. Please tell me what should i do to get justice. The details of the show room is given below:

            dear sir,
            I just purchased new titan fastrack wrist watch with 2 years warantee, model no. 3009nl01/c143b, bill no. 001791, bill amount Rs. 2900 on dtd.[protected] from retailar named mangabhai & sons, navsari, gujarat.
            In few days the top key of watch was loose out from the watch. Retailar charged me Rs.150 for reset the same. Now again same problem occurs.
            So that i am requesting to exchange the same or allow me to buy new watch in the same price.

              i bought antiglare spectacles from titan eye+ dadar for 3500rs (inclusive of frame & glass), those spectacles endured only few days, it became loose day by day...i went & got it fixd frm them, but that frame was already weak & i'm convinced that they tighten the its skrews carelessly, so it broke next day..when i went to ask them to change glass they shown me their warrenty rules & stuff, i knew that they dont replace glass if customer had mishandled it...so i showd them how cracks appeared because of their 'FIXING' but they kept saying it was my fault & i shd be more careful...

              i am using spectacles for more than 15 years so they cannot teach me how to be careful...i wasnt strong enough to fight back, so i dont want to lodge any complaint, but i want to warn people who are thinking about buying anything from titan eye+ ..."DONT THINK ABOUT IT"...try to get ur spects made from ur local spectacle store, these local store have much more experiance & they provide more quality & coustomer service than these so calld hi-fi shops...

              I agree... I went for check up and ordering of glasses in Titan Eye + showroom in Bangalore, Koramangala.
              After check-up, the optician did not find any cylindrical power for me, where as i have cylindrical power in one eye. After informing him, i was advised to visit a particular Dr. there i was given another prescription by the Dr. When visiting the Titan eye center to collect the glasses another Dr. there informed that i have been prescribe a wrong prescription. Now what to do... wastage of money and time... because of their irresponsibility... this has happened in the last three days only.
              I had 2 very similar experiences with titan eye care Calicut Kerala branch. I had bought new specs Frame + glass from them and within 2 months one glass started falling off from the frame. Once this happened while I was doing a surgery. I approached titan eye care & they took 1 week to repair it. From the next week onwards the other glass started falling and this happened while i was travelling & it created many difficulties for me. I have given it for repair again in the same shop 11 days back with no response till today . I called them back & was duly informed that the frame/glass was faulty & it has to be replaced with the materials coming from their factory & it will take time.

              Along with this I had also given another specs to get a cracked glass changed on one side. They changed the glass on the cracked side with a glass of an obviously different tint and thickness which was not fit to wear in public. The disparity was very much obvious to everyone but the titan people in that shop was adamantly saying that both are the same in colour & the thickness difference was being due to 1 being cylindrical. I am a doctor & moreover I have been using glasses for more than 25 years & i know that at that power the thickness can be almost the same as was my previous glass. But these titan people were hard to convince & finally I took it to another shop where I was told that both the glasses were different in colour and thickness & I got it changed from them within 1 day.
              Titan is supposed to be a reputed chain & only because of this I had gone to them for the first time. Now i realize that a local small spectacle shop is far better than this conglomerate in eye care.If i dont complain about this it will be a huge lapse from my part.SO BEWARE OF TITAN EYE CARE.
              I bought two pair of spectacle, in April 2013, at Titan Eye at Mauraya Lok. Complex Patna.on pair was very comfortable but the other one never suited. I could not make a complaint as I was out of Country till January 2014. Again I ordered another pair in April 2014, this pair never suited me they said there was some problem in lenses and will be done in a week, that is end of April but could not be done till today. I feel that I have been cheated by this reputed company. The staff is polite but unable to deliver results.

              Surprisingly they do not have any records of my purchases in April 2013, though payments were made by. Credit card.icui

                i got titan watch as a gift from my aunt. i was not in town when she bought it on 25/06/2009 from THE WORLD OF TITAN "KHERA SALES CORPORATION, G-1, JANAKPURI DISTICT CENTRE NEW DELHI 110058 . Shop owner gave a option to get it exchanged if it don't look suitable. Today when i came back from my trip and received my gift, i didnot like the design so i went to the shop to get the watch replaced. the owner didnot agree to exchange it and said very roudely that we wont exchange your watch as it is used. owner was herself not able to clerify her statement that from where the watch was used.

                i would like to take an action against the rude behaviour of shop keeper and against the mis statement being passed by her.

                  Dear Sir,
                  We have purchased the optical from Fashion Optics, Mumbai considering branded product, but we feel very sorry to say that your persons are irresponsable to attend the complaint. As the nose pad of the frame was repaired once. But unfortunately second time when it broked they refused to repair the same broken nose pad saying it is beyond repair, by giving excuse of mishandling, carelessness etc.

                      Hi,

                      This is to inform you that I recently have purchase Tommy Hilfiger frame and KODAK FSV A R – 70-1.67-S glass (Order No TK0R 005819, date 23/05/2009) from Titan Eye+ outlet from Koramangala, Bangalore. Initially, I got delivery date of 01/06/2009 but eventually it got extended to 06/06/2009 due to some quality issues. (I only followed up, nobody from the store/lab bothered to call me)

                      Finally, after 6days delay I got my spec believing that, I got it from one of the Tata group company (symbol of quality and service). I spent almost INR 8000 for this spectacles so I started using from day one. After wearing it for two three days I complained to the store that I am not feeling comfortable and got the answer that new glass usually takes some time to adjust.

                      After that I went on assignment (outside Bangalore) and used this spec continuously for 15-18 days and I had nightmares wearing this new spec. Every day I got severe headache, my eyes were stressed out and I really suffered during my assignment. It was really important assignment of my career and I suffered heavily due to this new spec.

                      Yesterday, after coming back to the town, I immediately approached store to got this checked. There optician checked the glass and told me that there is some serious issue with the fitting and power. I somehow understood that axis is totally wrong. After thorough enquiry I was told that optician had given data correct but while sending data to the lab, data entry operator did some mistake and it simply happened due to this.

                      Please suggest:- Am I qualified for compensation?

                      yes ms. anupama sharma i agree with you u can get compensation if they not replaced with correct Axis.
                      Dear Sir,

                      I am a practising optician in New Delhi. I chanced upon your problem while researching for problems related to progressive lenses. I would advise you to get a refund on the lenses and ask for Essilor Varilux progressive lenses, if at all Titan dispenses them. They are one of the more successfull progressives with a 99% success rate.

                      However, the trouble is not with Titan Eye+. Being a pan-India based company, the hierarchy levels are such that a simple problem on which an immidiate decision should be taken has to get a go ahead through many red tape layers. It works more like a government organisation. I would recommend your next spectacles from a well known local optician there.

                        Poor customer services, faulty and substandard material and cheating consumers

                        I sincerely thought that Titan Eye Care is run by a team of professionals who would certainly deal with their consumers in a very professional way. But I was proved quite wrong by your own dealers. I bought 2 pairs of spectacles, both of “Stepper” make from your store at Dadar, Mumbai. For one of the spectacles, At the time of purchase, the salesperson (Mr Pratik) had assured us that the height of the glass would be reduced by...

                        i have bought a titan fast track watch before two years worth price rs 1200.
                        now its fiber belt get destroyed and dealer from where i have purchased the watch,
                        tags the belt at 750 rs.
                        now whats the point the a watch worth rs 1200 consists a belt of rs 750.
                        The way i used watch was very careful and though it does not sustained just for 2 years.
                        than whats the point in buying so reputed brand for a middle class persone.

                        I have bought fastrack watch just 6 month back of rs 2000, and its key came out three time, two time they repaired free because of warranty now again i am giving it for repair under warranty, design of watch is not good i am asking for replacement i and am ready bear any damage charges but they are not agree with it...

                        most of times watch stays in shop for repair due to its design, this is very inconvenient to customer...
                        I purchased a Fastrack watch (code no. 9204PP02) last year and its belt got teared. Its been 4 months that I'm goin to all the major titan shops (especially titan world) and so far the problem has not been rectified they say the strap is not there and they will inform within couple of weeks unfortunatly so far I didnt get any response and neither they have strap with them and the main problem is u cannot put any other local strap on it. So now its like a waste for me. I am highly dissappointed with the service provided by this company which is so reputated. They are not willing to help their customers.

                        can anyone help me from where i can get the form to register complaint against this and where I've to got for the complaint. can I file complaint against fastrack here online.

                        fast track coolers — breakage of stem

                        i have a great passion on titan products .but the cust servies are poor .i have rounded over the city but no one is redy to repair my glasses and your service centers tooo.

                        I purchased one TITAN WATCH GENTS based on model No. 9124YDA as given on the back side of my watch. I purchased it from Royal Watch Co, Shop No.G7, Daily Bazar Tinsukia - 786125 (Assam) Telephone No[protected]. They charged me Rs 3500/- for the Titan Watch.

                        Dear Sir,

                        My watch model no. is Fastrack 1392 i have purchased the watch on 7/7/09 & with in this period the bracelet of my watch has broken 3 times & the dealer agrees that it is defected & he has registered a complaint for the replacement. But even after 50 days the company has not returned my watch.

                        Please help me out.

                        I have bought a shades from Fastrack which was worth Rs. 1995/-. Now after 3 months it has some dots on the glasses. I'm a brand conscious person and i buy a brand so that i don't need to care about the thing for long. I'm from service industry and i know if the customer is not happy you brand is in a bit of danger because not only will you loose this customer but with his bad word of mouth you will lose many probable customers.

                        How many times is this taught in the service industry that cost of acquiring a new customer is 10 times higher then retaining the old one. Why I'm saying all this is because i went through a terrible experience while i was trying to tell the outlet in charge what went wrong with the shades (Himalaya mall, Ahmedabad). I don't know how could a person be an outlet in charge if he doesn't know how to handle customer complaints.

                        I was thinking of buying a watch from Titan but that very thought have gone now. In all, i can say it was a very bad show from fastrack..they themselves will go down and will also buy some bad name for Tata. Better beware Tata before lending your brand name to someone.

                        TITAN — After service of watch the Watch returned is broken

                        I had given my watch to a Titan Showroom in Kolkata (Park Street) Last week, I had to change the links of my watch due to the rubber of my strap was torned. The girl asked me to keep the watch and collect after 2 working days , when I received the watch the it was in a horrible condition all the rubber in one side of strap was torned and withered and now they are refusing to accept their fault and saying that since you have done this.

                        Fast track watch — watch repaired twice under guarantee period of two years

                        I purchased a titan watch vide cash memo No. C00000998 dated 29.06.2008 from vidya sons 1 Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad, having guarantee of two years. The watch became unservicable with in a year of purchase. The same was got repaired from your authorised dealer i.e. Ganga Ram's Gallery, Preet Vihar, Delhi. After 15 days again the watch stopped working, which was again sent to dealer for replacement of watch with new one. It is informed that the watch has been repaired and requested to collect the same.

                        It is requested that either a new watch may be given to the applicant or refund the cost of watch immediatly

                        I also bought Fastrack watch 2 years back cost 1500/- Rs. Now its fibre belt is breaking from one side. I visited near by dealer shop. He said this can't be repaired & asked me to go to the same show where i bought. I also dont have bill of purchase. Who keeps bills for so long. He also said that this can't be repair. This has to go to company & company will value your watch. Approx you get 50% of the actual cost. That means for 1500 Rs watch i am going to get only 750 Rs at max. What a ? I bought it with a thought that i dont need any watch for next 4-5 years. Also you get 50% value only if you are buying again Titan watch else throw it in a dustbin.

                        Titan suck. I learned a big lesson. YOu should not buy expensive watches with indian brand. They are not worth. If you are spending 2K then better spend 1K extra & buy european brand. It is really heart breaking that big Indian company product is still not up to world class quality.

                        I dont recommend this product.

                        i also bought Rs 1700 fastrack watch. The steel coloured coating vanished within 3 months from thedate of purchasing. So i gave it for replacement. Now they are telling that they won't give back my watch instead of that they are offering me to buy another watch worth Rs 1525 excluding belt charges. please tell me What can i do????????????.
                        I've recently purchased a watch of Rs 2695/- on 10 Oct 2010 from your fastrack showroom at Thane, Maharashtra (Tin number [protected]v[protected].

                        After 2 days I noticed that the date in the watch were getting changed in the morning at 10 AM instead of 12 at night. So I rushed to the shop and told them about the same. But unfortunately the sales manager Mr, Mohsin Ahmed told me that I should have checked it while purchasing rather apologizing.

                        I told him to change the defective watch. Then Mr Ahmed sent the watch to a nearest world of Titan showroom. First they tried to change the Dial of the watch, as they could not remove the belt from the watch then they change the machine from another watch(same model) and gave it back to me. After coming to home I found that they damaged the belt (bend one panel in the metal belt) of the watch.

                        Then I went to the shop once again and told them about this. Unfortunately I got a very rude behavior from Mr, Ahmed and the other sales boy. The SM told me the same thing that I should have checked it while taking...I'm really surprised that we can not trust company like Fastrack (Titan). Then I forced them to send the watch to get repaired.

                        After 10 days I went to the showroom (31 Oct 2010) and then they told me to take a new watch (as per Mr Ahmed, there is a date problem in this model). I liked a watch of Rs 1995/- however, Mr Ahmed told me very rudely that I can not take that watch coz that is bellow price and he will not be able to refund me the balance amount.

                        I'm surprised that is this a company policy...you take the money from the customer and then give them defective watch along with the rude behavior and bad customer service. The SM told me to take two watch to adjust the balance. How can you suggest a customer to take two watch if he doesn't required. You can add the price in the bill if it is of higher value and if it is in lesser price then you can not refund the balance (Is this a policy!!!).

                        At last being frustrated I had to take a watch of higher value Rs 2995 and pay them extra amount.

                        I'm really upset after getter such behavior from a company like Titan (Fastrack) and their representative (The SM, what he doesn't deserve to be). He is simply killing the company goodwill.

                        I purchased a ladies wrist watch(Fast Track) model no-2404SM01at a showrom(Address mentioned below) on 05.03.11 to gift to a friend. When we used this watch I am surprise that this watch is not working .So,I decided to exchange the same & went to the showroom on 16.03.11 & give it to the shop owner for repairing.After the 1st repair they gave it to me on 25.03.11.But after two days I faced the same problem again.& I went to this showroom & gave again the watch on 5.04.11 to them. They told me that they will inform me next day that what they decided to do with it.But till today they don’t call me or inform me by any call. Today when I called them & asked them about this watch thay reply that they are not responsible for this problem& after selling they are also not responsible.they blame direct the company & cut the phone line. before looking at the watch they said it cannot be exchanged.They did not had the decency to talk to us properly,spoke to us very rudely& harshly & when I told them that give the service centre number they told your watche is in service centre & today that is closed.After discussion with you by phone when I collect the watch from ther showroom they gave it to me.So, my point is if service centre was closed & my watch was there how could they get it????????????

                        My other complaints are
                        1)They gave us with a damaged watch piece.
                        2)How they told me that after selling they are not responsible????????????
                        3)She behave to me that they give me the watch as free of cost & give the money also.

                        My Request:
                        I want the damaged watch to be replaced at the earliest & a proper training be given to the guys in the showroom about the etiquetts of handling a customer.

                        i reacently bought a titan fast track watch for almost 1400rs and two days later it stopped working...i took it to the store but they wouldnt exchange it or return the money..they sent it for repairs saying they'd deliver it but its been almost twenty days i havent got my watch...a couple of days ago i got a call from them that they would be closing the store temporarily...
                        I searched Compaints on Fasttrack Watches in google and landed here. I searched it because I wanted a solution from somebody for replacing the broken plastic strap of my son's fast track watch. We were attracted on the design while purchasing it one year back. Now the dealer says I need to try my luck to replace it with a Showroom + Service Center. I realise that the product is not a good design for long term use. Bad luck!
                        I purchased a Titan Fast track digital watch cost 1500 A year earlier. Now the strap broken within one year. I went titan world for a replacement they told that it costs 600. The incident was just after the warranty period. So I thought that not do that. The design of the strap is in a special way that no normal strap fits in it. In search of a strap a local Watch repair person give me a solution. He made a custom strap from a normal strap using some stitching and that suits perfectly. Costs only 70rs. Then the battery gone. Replaced that with cost of rs 50. Then the dial got fade. Finaly I through away. What a bad product.

                        I purchased fast track watch 1 year back. I maintained it very well and I didnt notice during the time of purchase that the belt main clips are made with plastic. It suddenly broke when I weared one day. I asked for the price of the belt for replacement. they told it was 900/-. The watch itself was 2000. Still I will get the plastic one only which will be a waste. So, i stepped back. The build of so many watches in fastrack are not good. They seems tempting with the look only.

                        I purchased a Fastrack watch and titan watch from kanpur (both are in warranty period)and not working properly, at present i am in jhansi, i went to Titan dealer in sadar bazar jhansi, but he said to pay Rs120/- for each watch for courrier charges to titan service centre. on the time of purchase at kanpur they said no service charges anywhere in india during the warranty period,

                        Bought a fast track trendy yellow colour watch couple of months back.. but when i started wearing i used to get the itchiness and alergetic thought coz of the weather i am feeling.. then i stopped using and became fine but all of a sudden i wore yesterday got alergetic very badly and it was swollen completely

                        I am really unhappy to see the branded companies delivers such cheap products to their consumers
                        I have bought fastrack watch just 6 month back of rs 2000, and its key came out three time, two time they repaired free because of warranty now again i am giving it for repair under warranty, design of watch is not good i am asking for replacement i and am ready bear any damage charges but they are not agree with it...

                          I am from vijayawada ANDHRA PRADESH, i had bought a fastrack watch at authorised dealer SRI SAI WATCH CENTRE, ELURU ROAD VIJAYAWADA WITH model number 4040PP02. the watch strap was broken and i asked the dealer to replace the strap with new one for money, he replied that there are no spares for this watch and the company will return the money of the watch.i had given the watch for replacemet for money before 3 months but yet now he is not giving any proper reply he is simply saying come after 5 days or 10 days.                             I recently purchased 3500 worth spectacles from Titan Eye showroom in Koramangala, Bangalore. Unexpected though it was, I can neither see clearly using my new glasses nor is my frame in a correct alignment, as in it is tilted. Even though the second problem isn't too big, but as an addition to everything else it was an added burden. Getting 300/- worth spectacles from local stores won't give you such a bad experience. Titan Eye is a failure.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              I have submitted my Titan watch for some repair work on 12th April, 2009 at Time Point, D-183, Peera Garh Chowk, Rohtak Road, New Delhi. Customers complaint acknowledgment form no. 198. I was promised by the centre that my watch will be repaired by 21st April, 2009 & I can collect the watch on same date. But now it is over a month & I am not getting any response regarding my watch. Everytime when I visit to Time Point they replies that it is with the company & they have no status.
                              So, I request if anybody can help me in such situation

                                I have placed order for a pair of spectacles, since around 3 weeks. The store manager is telling,
                                that this has been couriered. and has given me one docket number. When I contacted DTDC, they are telling there is no such docket number. There is very cold response from the shop authority.
                                It is the worst kind of service I have ever recieved.

                                There are many times delay happen due to specific reasons . I understand that there was a fault from the courier service. As there was no response from the DTDC courier that, s why we were not able to give the full info.

                                We have sent the courier, but as the customer was not available at Home, so courier went back.
                                Titan has been up to mark and never give a faulty statement to customers. We are here to serve the customer and more over trust worthy company

                                  i hate titan watch. now we will never buy titan, never recommend to anyone. its a very low quality, low class watch. i had buy a watch for 4000 rs. but it got waste now, i bought that watch from ludhiana (feroz gandhi market) in 2010 in 2 months it stopped working and they didn't replaced it and they didn't fixed it and still im regreting a lot why i buy it from from titan, it is not comparable with any brand, it is insult of the word "BRAND". this is not a brand, they deceived their customer. this company should be baned or shut forever. idont want to waste my more words on it...

                                    I have installed three titan watches cell in to my three diffrent watches and the shopkeeper charged me 50 Rs for each cell which means 150 Rs for three cell but as per MRP it should not be more than 30 or 35 Rs for each cell .please guide me for further action .

                                    DEAR SIR

                                    BY THIS MAIL I JUST WANT YOUR ATTENTION ON THE PROBLEM THAT I AM FACING AFTER BUYING ONE SPECS FROM YOUR AHMEDABAD SHOWROOM.

                                    MY NAME IS RAY SINGH RANA, I AM RESIDING AT FARIDABAD, LAST MONTH I WAS IN AHMEDABAD ON A BUSINESS TRIP, THERE I CAME TO KNOW THAT TITAN HAS LAUNCHED HIS EYEWEAR SHOWROOM IN AHMEDABAD AND INDIA.

                                    I VISITED THERE ON 12 MARCH TO MAKE MY SPECS, I CHOOSE THE FRAME OF FASTRAC M027BR3 AND GLASSES OF KODAK POLYCARBONATE INSTASHADE WITH ANTIREFLACTION AND ANTI SCRATCH COATING. (BILLED AMOUNT AROUND RS.9000)

                                    THAY PROMISED ME THAT I WILL GET MY SPECS READY ON 16, BUT I GOT MY SPECS ON 18 MARCH EVENING,
                                    FOR THIS I HAVE TO POSTPONE MY PROGRAMME TO COME BACK TO FARIDABAD.

                                    ON 19 MARCH, MORNING I SAW THAT THERE WAS A SCRATCH MARK IN THE CENTER OF RIGHT GLASS, I WENT TO SHOWROOM AGAIN, THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS BY MISTAKE OF MAKING, AND I WILL GET IT BACK AFTER REPAIRING TOMORROW.

                                    ON 20TH MARCH THEY CALLED ME AGAIN THAT THEY WANT MY VISIT AND SOME LAB TECHNICIAN WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, I REACHED THERE AGAIN AND SHOWED HIM THE SCRATCH MARK, SAME DAY I HAVE TO COME BACK HOME SO THAY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND MY SPECS BY COURIER TO FARIDABAD IN 3-4 DAYS.

                                    I AM SORRY TO SAY BUT I GOT MY SPECS ON 6TH APRIL. THIS TIME IO FOUND THAT ON LEFT GLASS THERE ARE 3 PATCHES ON THE PERIFERY OF LENSES, LIKE SOME COATING IS NOT DONE PROPERLY, I AGAIN CALLED AHMEDABAD SHOWROOM (MR FAROOQ), WHEN I GOT MY SPECS 1ST TIME THE LEFT GLASS WAS OK, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED BOTH GLASSES,

                                    I ASKED THEM WHEN THE PROBLEM WAS IN RIGHT GLASS THAN WHY THEY CHANGED BOTH GLASSES, AND IF THEY CHANGED THAN WHY THEY DIDNOT CHECKED IT BEFORE SENDING TO FARIDABAD. TNHEY TOLD ME TO GO TO DELHI, (RAJOURI GARDEN SHOWROOM) TO SHOW THE PROBLEM, TODAY I WENT THERE, AND SHOWED THEM THE PATCHES

                                    TODAY RAJOURI GARDEN SHOWROOM (MR SUHAIL AHMED) TOLD ME THAT THE GLASSES WE HAVE TO SEND TO LAB AGAIN FOR REPAIRING, AND I HAVE TO COME BACK FOR TAKING THE DELIVERY.

                                    MY QUESTION IS THAT IF A CUSTOMER HAVE TO FACE SO MANY PROBLEM WITH SUCH A REPUTED NAME (TITAN) THAN HOW YOU CAN SURVIVE IN THE MARKET LIKE THIS IN SUCH A BIG COMPETITION.

                                    TODAY I HAVE TO TAKE LEAVE FROM MY OFFICE AND TO GO TO DELHI FROM FARIDABAD I RENTED A CAR, AGAIN TO TAKE THE DELIVERY I HAVE TO DO SAME, WHO WILL BEAR THE COST OF ALL THIS .

                                    PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY CONTROL AND SERVICES TO AVOID UNNECESSARY HARRASMENT OF CUSTOMER.

                                    I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON IT.

                                    sir,
                                    i have purchased frame & lens from ftitan eye+showroom at vikas surya shopping mall, manglam palace, rohini, delhi on20.04.2009, from that day after every fifteen days my frame got cracked from the handle and they get it repaired, but i want to know whats the fun for purchasing titaneye+ frame after spending so much money we can`t even think that we have buy the best. sir, now i want my money back or you provide me with the new frame
                                    I dont think that Titan People can do this type of services...I and my family am also a Titan Customer and get a mindblowing customer service...

                                    I am a fan of Titan and Tata .So, don't post this type of fake feedback on Indian Most trusted Brand.

                                    I have been regularly sending my feedback regarding hopeless service of this TATA concern but couldnt as their TITAN EYE+ website Feedback has been kept non functioning for reason best known to them.I am victim of their faulty so called Zero-Error Eye testing in their State-of-the-art Optometry clinic at Sector-18, NOIDA shop.They suggested me a absolutely wrong number and left nothing to damaging my eye sight by supplying a wrong spec manufactured in their own lab.My sales Order No.TNO1024521 dt.30/09/2012 and Invoice No.BHG0023067 Book No.462 dt.30/09/2012.
                                    I want people to be cautious before visiting/purchasing a highly sensitive item like specs from these type of highly misleading advertised shops.So BEWARE OF TITAN EYE+.
                                    Pl. join me in my campaign against TITAN EYE+ by publishing your feed backs in NATIONAL Dailies like T.O.I. H.T.and other papers to warn others from to be be fooled by them

                                    I purchased a power spectacles from Titan Eye + for my father in Kolkata, India. The power of the spectacles was given by your technician. But, my father was not able to see properly with that spectacles. We believe in your brand name and we thought something is problem with his eye. Yesterday, we met the doctor, and he told that the power given by your technician was completely wrong.

                                    I paid Rs. 10000 for that single spectacles for my father, now it is of no use. Please consider my case and let me know how to rectify this issue. Right now I am in Patna, Bihar. Will you be able to replace that at your Patna Centre?

                                    All prescriptions given by your technician and by my doctor, I will provide you if needed.

                                    I purchased a spectacle frame with power glasses on 29.03.13.from your Jamshedpur outlet (sales order no TJBC003438 and Receipt no. ALT0002212).& got delivery on 07.04.13.Unfortunately within 7- 8 days the right side lens fell down suddenly on road while I was walking. It was shown to the concerned person of your outlet they said due to loosely frame the lens fell down, & they repaired the frame without any charge. But the lens got some minor scratches. Then after another 20-25 days same incident happened again & the right side lens again fell down & got further scratches .Now the situation has become worse that the glasses can not be used further. But the outlet person replied they can’t do anything about lens, they can rectify the frame only

                                    These types of services are strictly unacceptable from such a prestigious organization like TITAN EYE.

                                    If this sorts of services are being offered to a TATA employee than it can not be even thought of in case of general public.
