Titan Company — Charged higher price than invoice

Hello,
i visited titan showroom to change batteries of my wrist watch they charged me rs 496.00 which i paid but later i got link of bill on my mobile trough sms which was rs 268.00

now dealer is denying to return difference amount you should take action against dealer otherwise i will go in consumer fourm.

payment 496.00 paid by online and i have record of it.
