I had purchased a TITAN Fastrack Reflex 2.0 bracelet watch in early 2022 which malfunctioned in about October. I had contacted the customer care who asked me to send a video of the issue which I did and then they asked me to hand it over to the nearest TITAN showroom which I did. After a few days, they called me to inform that the watch could not be repaired and they have issued a gift card. I demanded them to issue me a replacement of the same watch as the TITAN showroom had similar watches where I had to pay another Rs.1500 to Rs.5000 and I was not ok for that. I had placed a complaint on 20th Dec, 2022 (Complaint# TKT[protected]) and it still remains unresolved as on 21st Jan, 2023. I have made numerous calls and have spoken to the managers of the escalation team who promise to call me back with a resolution but never stand on their commitment. I would like to have this escalated to the highest office of TITAN.
