The Official Titan Service Center asked for money for adjusting straps of watches purchased online. Had I paid the money, they were ready to provide service too. Lodged a complaint to Titan Care. They called and took the details of the incident but never bothered to reply back to the customer. Currently the matter is with Mr. Partha Pratim Pal[protected].
