Titan Company — Defective leather strap of police watch

On September 25, 2022, I bought a wristwatch from the Police Company at World of Titan, 12/1B Lindsay Street, Kolkata, 700087. The item's PL 14692JSR61 POLICE number. But after 25 days, I realised the leather strap paste was faulty and unusable. I went to the Titan World Barasat service centre to express my dissatisfaction with the leather strap's pasting and ask for a new strap. the token number the said service centre provides is 1110. However, I received no response from their end after four days. As the warranty still covers this, I kindly ask you to act promptly and kindly.
