Titan Company — Defective titan smart watch under warranty and is not replaced

Defective Titan smart watch was purchased on 8th May 2022.After lot of persuasion and communication with Titan team, they sent WRA coupon of Rs 8995 against replacement of defective smart watch on 28.Sep 2022 to the Titan store located in Ambuja city centre mall Raipur.
Titan store refused to give new titan smart watch because WRA coupon is not admissible on discounted price .
Repeated email communication sent to Titan customer care team /CEO Titan to take necessary action so that I could get the same Titan smart watch under replacement of defective smart watch which was under warranty period .
Titan team is not responding to my communication in email /twitter/customer care team.
Such type o[censored]nprofessional response was not expected from reputed company like TATA.
I once again request you to intervene in this matter and take necessary action so that i could get the replacement of defective titan smart watch which is under warranty period.
An early response is highly appreciated.
